The helpdesk is also very helpful and for in depth questions you can use the chatbox to talk to an assistant who always replies within minutes. Because our survey is quite long, it takes too long to load, it is often very slow. It is also very complicated to create the dashboard and PDF report we want to have. For us, score is important, not response rate. This appears to be different from the default settings...

But the WORST is having to create a List so you can send a survey to just one person.

The platform offers more customization and services than any other similar company we found online. We spoke with Mark via Zoom 2 times and he made sure to answer all our questions and was very transparent and made sure they could offer and satisfy our project needs. I love SurveyAnyplace! It's a great platform for our surveys and unique games that we run. There's a lot of flexibility in terms of design, custom structures and logic, and useful integrations. But it's also really easy to get started with the initial settings, and then incorporate those features as you go.
