The Customer Service has been on point! Personal emails with status updates- my max tub wasnt ready so they shipped me a pro for free to get me through and they did it proactively. I have been enjoying my new tub and experience. When I get my Max, I will gift the Pro to my brother and he can purchase a chiller- now you have a new customer who will "dip his toe in the water" solely due to the customer service experience!

I recently reached out to the Polar Dive team as it had been 3 weeks since I ordered my cold plunge MAX tub. I had received the cleaning kit but nothing else had even shipped.
Once I reached out they were quick to make sure my issues were handled. They let me know that the MAX tub had sold faster than they expected (good problem to have). They went ahead and shipped me the smaller tub to use while my MAX is on back order. To me, that is great customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Product and Even Better Customer Service

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Polar Dive. From the very beginning, the customer service has been absolutely outstanding. They have been quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely seem to care about making sure the customer is happy and the system is working properly.

The setup was surprisingly easy and straightforward. I had the chiller up and running quickly, and the app makes controlling the temperature simple.

The chiller itself has also been very impressive. Even during hot summer weather, it has efficiently brought the water temperature down and does a great job maintaining the set temperature. Once it reaches the target temperature, the system handles the rest.

Between the ease of setup, the efficiency of the chiller, and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced, I highly recommend Polar Dive. Five stars without hesitation!

I’m new to plunging but saw an offer for Polar Dive that made it worth the investment. I started out with a very basic buy with ice additions and regular cleaning. I decided to upgrade and try plunging with a chiller. I don’t actually have it yet but am confident that I will not be disappointed. Definitely excited and hopeful for the chiller 🤞. Small glitch in delivery communication but I reached out to customer service (shout out Tyrell) He was very responsive and accommodating, which I appreciate. When my new polarize max arrives, I’ll be happy.

5 stars b/c I started very low end so I’m confident this is going to be a great purchase and health boost!

Really loving my cold plunge and the customer service has been exceptional for any questions I have had starting it up. Really gets going and is super cold and have been loving the app where I can pre start it before I wake up so it's ready first thing in the morning.

The Polar Dive was supposed to be my birthday present but was delayed. So I asked the support team when about I could expect to have my first dive. They replied immediately and made it happen. My polar dive equipment arrived on my birthday and ever since I plunge several times a day. Wonderful!

Been using for a few weeks with our family (4 kids 3-8) and friends. It’s been great so far. We’re in mobile Al and it’s insanely hot. We have ours in the garage (unconditioned) and it’s been getting down to 39/40. It takes about 12-18 hours cause it starts at 85-90 but if you throw in 3-4 bags of ice it drops right to 55ish and then is at 40 the next morning. The best part by far has been the customer service though. They have been phenomenal!! We’ve actually had some hiccups but it’s been no problem at all because they immediately solve the challenge better than expected and quick every time!! Excited to be a part of the family!

The chiller I bought stopped working less than a year after purchase. It was almost impossible to get any response from Polar Dive. They eventually said they would gix it, but I would have to pay for shipping and repairs that were almost equal to a new unit. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from Polar Dive.

The water is cold, but I’m hot this Fourth of July weekend. Customer service was amazing, we love Love! Her name is actually love. What’s not to love?

This company is a scam. Go to Reddit and folks are upset. I’ve been waiting for my order. You can’t talk to a soul and all their responses are AI. I thought I reviewed and knew they were a good company. I am trying to get my money back through my bank.

I’m very happy with my polar dive pod and chiller. There was an issue where the water wasn’t flowing properly and they sent a separate product to install and get the water flowing. The customer service and lengths that they went to fix the issue was really great with how quickly and kind they were. They do it well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Does the job and is reasonably priced. I love using it every day. It's like a quick spa vacation at home.

I ordered a Polar Dive cold plunge when one that I had from another company (now out of business) stopped working. I emailed Polar Dive simply to ask about the status of my order. I didn't even complain, just asked when it would ship (it had been towards the longer end of the stated shipping time). Their response, even though it was a weekend, was almost immediate. They not only explained the delay (orders outpaced production) but offered to send ship my chiller immediately with a smaller tub at no charge while I wait for my tub! That's the kind of customer service that gets you a custom for LIFE!! If their product is half as good as their customer service, I made the right choice for sure!! I wish there was a way to give more than five stars!!

Excellent company. Had a question about my order. Customer Service (Love) was excellent. Explained the reason for the delay in detail and went out of her way to accommodate due to delay. The owner of the company really gets customer service!!! Can’t wait to start plunging!!!

I had issues getting my chiller to function properly, even after going through the troubleshooting process. I went as far as draining the tub and repositioning the whole set up and it still didn’t work! I was so frustrated, I just wanted to return the whole thing and go with another brand. Once I reached out to customer support, there were lock step with me through the entire process, with prompt responses and helpful troubleshooting tips. We got it working and I couldn’t be happier. Once I got that first email from customer support, I knew I was in the right place with the right company! The product itself is excellent and very well built.

I ordered the bundle pack and unfortunately the chiller got damaged in shipping but the team was amazing and very quick to get it resolved and have a new one sent out! When I sent the email to notify them about the chiller being damaged they answered back with such care you can definitely tell it wasn’t an automated response and they care about the customer! I would 10/10 recommend this brand to anyone!!

Tyrell responded in a timely manner and was able to replace the damaged items.

So after some communication and back and forth. the Polar team addressed my issue and the plunge should be operating smoothly soon. Personal thank you to the gentleman who helped me on the phone. Thank you for the attention and addressing my needs. I am a stay at home dad of three and am excited to get plunging and reduce some stress. :)
