poloroid Lab easy to use, image qualitity mid range
Bought a polaroid lab, mid range review as the quality of the images is a little poor. The lab/ poloroid can't really cope with high dynmic range in images and tend to be quite dark. So, it might not suit everyone, but some people might want this specific look.
Support from poloroid was initially a little sparce but did get some decent advice once I sent some pictures for them to look at.
Dreadful quality images and overpriced rubbish
My husband bought me a Polaroid now+ retro camera with extra film and the strap. The quality of the photos is absolutely dreadful and each photo takes 15minutes to develop....which needs to be done on a clean flat surface upside down (really useless for outside photography) The film works out at £2 per photo...for grainy blurry rubbish images! I'm so angry my husband has wasted his money on this. The reviews at the time were clearly paid or fake as it is trash. Polaroid which was once a fantastic business should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolute trash product, the photos don't even come out so that you can see them. Don't get any of the big models, and they don't offer free returns so don't both buying from this site

What a pity you can not give a minus star review. Bought a polaroid camera april 2024 and black and white film. Quite simply - do not waste your money! Dreadful quality. Dreadful customer service. Just so bad its difficult to know what else to say
Super goede customerservice!
Ik had een kapot rolletje filmpapier toegestuurd gekregen dus stuurde ik naar de customer service. Toen mijn mail verzonden was merkte ik dat ik het rolletje toch kon gebruiken zonder problemen. Ik kreeg snel reactie op mijn mail maar ik was nalatig terug te reageren. Ik kreeg nog een aantal mails met de vraag of ik hun mail al had kunnen bekijken. Uiteindelijk heb ik terug gemaild en uitgelegd dat het probleem was opgelost. Instant kreeg ik een heel vriendelijke reactie terug en toch nog een kortingscode. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n goede cutomerservice geweten, ik vond het zeker een review waard.

Customer Service Shockingly Poor
Having contacted customer services about photos printing very dark, they advised that the prints were damaged by X-ray having travelled abroad.
I explained that not all photo prints had been taken abroad and even the prints from home had also been coming out dark. I provided multiple examples of both sets showing the same problem.
I was simply bombarded with frequently asked questions links to travelling with prints.
Nevertheless, I purchased new prints, and provided additional evidence of prints coming out dark. I shared images of the new prints arriving at my home, the unboxing, unpackaging, and lights in the room environment for the photo alongside images taken from an IPAD to showcase how poor the product had printed the photo.
I was handed to a new customer service agent, who then completely ignored this email and sent me yet more links about x-ray damage on films.
I repeatedly request a phone contact number and have been ignored.
Without any shadow of doubt, this is beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst customer service ever! Nowhere to call to check on a non-delivered order. No order shipping number and money taken 6 days ago. No response to email. Now I have to dispute charges with the bank! FRUSTRATING!

Tausende Euro Verlust
Wir haben über unsere Firma mehrfach bei Polaroid eingekauft und haben nach mehrfachen Kontaktaufnahmen leider nie eine richtige Rechnung erhalten. Da die Rechnungen als Privat-Kauf geschrieben wurden und nicht als Firmen-Kauf, fehlte jedes mal die deutsche Umsatzsteuer-ID von Polaroid. Aus diesem Grund können wir unsere Buchhaltung nicht richtig machen und können die Mehrwertsteuer in Höhe von mehreren tausenden Euro nicht zurück holen. Danke dafür!

Spam since order
Since I ordered a polaroid now+ I get a lot of spam and scam mails its annoying. Everytime i block one of the mails-adresses there is a new one some days later in my e-mails. The camera works and is fine.

Horrible customer service
Not happy at all.
Had a faulty camera and most of the films were ruined, due to random « artefacts » and problems with the lighting captor. The Camera stopped working properly after one use and at least two entire film packs were ruined. The red button worked every other time, rendering the picture blurred or way too dark. Customer Service clearly don’t have the slightest knowledge in lighting or photography and said pure nonsense, even though I sent pictures and was very accurate about it. They just told me to "reset" the camera. But regarding all the other comments, I’m clearly not the only one. This is a nonsense that not even a film pack was sent to me as an apology. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

I just hated everything about their support. The worst point was how they didn't respond to me quickly. Every time I respond to their email, I get a response a day later. They just say that it's a user error and ignore my complaints. Do not buy any product from them, and don't expect any kind of customer support.

My new polaroid now+ camera doesn't work properly. It doesn't switch on from time to time, it doesn't accept polaroid i-type films - which means it doesn't work with them at all, it doesn't connect to iphone app at all(i tried 3 different iphones to make it work). I wrote to polaroid support and service teams - they responded only once with copied instruction how to reset it, which I made before more than 5 times. I sent them a bunch of vidoes, they do not respond anymore. They didn't return money, they didn't try to fix it or help somehow.
Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! We ordered a polaroid with lenses and 3 pack of films on sunday, and i got the packet on wednesday next week. And the most important thing: i had a great pain in my stomach when i read a comment below but we didnt get a toy train
Bad communication resulting in high costs
I unfortunately didn't have the best experience with Polaroid. I first wanted to cancel my order, for which I got no answer for. I then wanted to send my order back. I got an answer after over 1 week and had to pay 17€ in order to send the package back. I really think that Polaroid is a cool company but never again will I order something from their webshop.
