Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied, and we’d like to clarify the situation regarding your order.
Your order was placed on 14th September and shipped promptly the next day, on 15th September. According to Royal Mail tracking, a first delivery attempt was made on 18th September but was unsuccessful.
We can also see that a redelivery request was submitted by you on 20th September, and Royal Mail made a second delivery attempt on 23rd September.
We want to reassure you that your order was dispatched quickly and that Royal Mail has attempted delivery twice. Unfortunately, as the recipient was not available to receive the parcel on those occasions, the delay is not due to any fault on our part.
