I purchased the nail grinder in December 2026 and was sent nail polisher instead and not the number i ordered. I have tried emailing them using the service email address. But it kept coming back as non deliverable. They said on the order email you could return items within 180 days, but you can not do this if you can not contact them.

I purchased the nail grinder in good faith, because my husband has Multiple Sclerosis and i thought this product would help him. What rubbish it is, i tried it first, it is nothing like the advert, it kept stopping and left my nails rough. What a scam this is. Why are these people allowed to sell products which has no purpose at all

Ordered nail grinder on Dec 16th 2025 for a price of£14.99 and received an invoice for £18.98. Actual payment taken via Paypal was £22!
Item received as expected but does not work. Company initially offered a 30% refund which I declined by email but since then all attempts at email have failed as “undeliverable”. A scam. Will be claiming from Paypal

My mother ordered one single nail grinder .Was sent 9 and charged for 9 . No contact details available. AVOID AT ALL COST. Product arrived with Chinese instructions only . This product should be discontinued and the company shut down . Well dodgy .

Order a product. Received email confirmation of the wrong product and was promised refund. Money taken from my bank but no refund. Unable to contact seller by email.

Total scam.. ordered a Nail grinder and they charged for postage after payment was agreed. The grinder arrived and it was not the one shown in the ad on Facebook. It was a tacky piece of plastic that stopped working after one attempt. I contacted them and they said they would offer a refund if I paid for postage( would have been around £13) . They offered a 30% refund and I wouldn’t have to send it back. I sent an email saying that 30% would be ok and I wasn’t sending it back. Been unable to contact them since and had to do a search to find them on Trustpilot. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I should be covered but I’m still contacting my bank to make sure that nothing has been attempted by them. Found out that they have taken two payments!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Just saw the same product under a different company name.. Cadryla. Same rubbish product under a different company. Beware…they may have changed their name as all my emails are bouncing back “ access denied”.

Total rip off. Accidently came across advert attached to online card game. Appeared to be selling rechargeable finger nail grinder. I tried to order 1 for about £7. Foolishly, I gave bank details. On 17 Dec I had 2 charges from an online organisation Kidoral.com for £22.78 & £55.90. Cannot contact either organisations. Received delivery from China, with no return contact of 5 identical nail grinders and 4 packs back pain relief(!). Stay well clear

If I could score zero stars,I would.
Tinpot,unprofessional excuse for a company,who give any excuse rather than a truthful reply.
The nail grinders are over priced and really not all that good.That is when they eventually arrive.
If you do fall for the scam,make sure you only buy one,as their 2 for 1 offer,and any other offer,are scams.
Similar products can be purchased elsewhere at a more realistic price.

Nail machines eventually delivered, can't get spare pads, polinexa does not respond, pretty useless, grab your money and go away!!???

I Ordered one of their nail cutters. The money has gone from the bank but no sign of delivery.It is impossible to contact them and i think it is a scam.

I've been waiting for my goods since beginning of December, they keep saying it's on way, then they can't find order number, sent it and nothing, can't track it, I think this company is a scam, possibly also known as also spelt polinexacosh.

I ordered from this company, when I tried to email them the message couldn’t be sent. The tracking wouldn’t work either. I think I’ve been scammed! Don’t order from this company.

Ordered a water repellent spray after seeing an advert for this company. Money was taken from my account. But nothing has arrived. I tried using tracking number but it comes up Unknown.

A scam company

Took my order, charged more than original price, then sent further emails saying the product was on its way, then it was in my basket. I had to change my credit card as there were four attempts to take further money. Product hasn’t arrived….

A scam company who take your order, take your payment and without telling you they take extra for what they call charges, not in their control.
Extra charges should be shown at the time of purchase and not after they have debited your account.
Certainly will not use again
