I ordered one pair of glasses and website made it 3

I ordered one pair of glasses, the website made it 3 and charged me for 3 pairs. I called customer service within 2 minutes and was told too late, the order had shipped (??!!); I was told to return the 2 pair when I received them. Now I have to pay the shipping and handling to do so - they will not provide me a shipping label. Beware - the website is a chaotic cluttered mess that traps you into buying what you do not need.
