Honestly the WORST company I've ever had to deal with in my life.

Firstly, no one showed as we waiting until after midnight at the airport, we tried calling and messaging, no answer, so we got an Uber, then whilst in the Uber a driver rang, but I'm sorry, waiting over an hour in the middle of the night, that's just not good enough.

Secondly, we tried multiple times contacting them through phone call, WhatsApp and email, to no avail. Until my partner who the booking was made under his name, emailed a bit more argumentatively. Then we received a reply stating when we "wanted to communicate like adults" send on our reference number, which he did, and still heard nothing back.

Love holidays refused to refund us as Polotur put US dows as no shows.

We messaged to cancel our return journey as let's face it, they'd lost all credibility and trust, however, they turned up 9 HOURS BEFORE our flight time, and then told us they could not send a car later as we "never informed them of a flight change". OUR FLIGHT HOME NEVER CHANGED. However at this point it was nearly laughable because it's an absolute shambles of a company.

I tried taking the high road, emailing them quite amicably with straight up facts, screenshots of our efforts made available to them, I received a response stating it would be investigated and they would respond to me in 5 days. I'm home from my holiday now over a week and I've heard absolutely nothing. I resent the same email and didn't even receive a response this time.

Honestly, stay as far away as possible. Their website may look shiny and fancy however from my experience and from reading other reviews it's clearly a business that makes it money from bookings, not showing up, and never replying because most people will return from there holiday and decide it's not worth the hassle chasing them up.

Polotur, you should be absolutely ashamed of yereselves and yere "business". Making holiday goers experience after just getting off the plane stressful and adding another financial burden of finding a way to their accomodation in what are already trying times. I'm actually embarrassed for ye and will make sure to post my experience on multiple platforms so people don't get conned like I did. Absolutely vile.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. We had such a bad experience that I created an account just to leave this review. They are a terrible, terrible company to deal with. More expensive than an Uber Black, using old cars that are of questionable standards but worst of all they have rude drivers who appear to be very stressed.

They cancelled my transfer at 4 am for a 4.15 pick up to go to Faro. Crap service. Don't use this crowd.

A terrible company. We used them in June and July/Aug - waited 30 mins in airport on both occasions as no driver was available. On BOTH the return journeys they never showed up. First time we were told driver did come but that was simply untrue - second time we were told car ‘broke down’. We had confirmed both trips the day before. Never again

DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY! We booked out transfers with them and they did not turn up at the airport. They did not pick up their supposed emergency line and they did not reply to my WhatsApp messages. Only today they responded after 6 days because I told them to cancel my return. Horrible horrible useless company. Don't even deserve one star. We had to pay for an uber at the airport in a peak time and it cost us 200 euros instead of 80 euros. They should be reported

Edit... I don't appreciate being called I liar so I have added screenshot so you all know to avoid this company. They lie saying they waited in the airport but my husband walked around and asked everyone if they were from this company as no one had a sign with my name. I can also add my uber receipt as I hate liars and people who falsely accuse me. Disgusting company. I called them multiple times on the emergency number and they did not pick up, I waited in the airport till midnight with my young children under 5 years old. Yes my uber was 200 euros because if you order uber from the airport in Peak times there is this thing called surcharge. You disgistung liars. God will judge your lies. I cannot even post the full amount of times I called them and I cannot post my uber receipt as Google will not allow me to as it goes against their policies. Disgusting company.

If I could give this company 0* I would! What an absolute disgrace, arrivals transfer was not only delayed but had to go back to the airport 15 mins into journey to pickup another family (not so private) after all! If we wanted a shared transfer we would have got on the coach!!! Departure transfer? Didn’t even show up! Left us stranded at the hotel at 3 in the morning!!!! Phoned emergency contact who told us the driver wasn’t answering and we needed to make our own way to the airport!! We nearly missed our flight home due to this mess, still in shock that Love Holidays work with such a crap company!!! In the process of making a complaint - let’s see if we get a refund!

They were 45 minutes late at airport pickup. Waiting now for airport transfer and already 10mins late. Will they show? No co.municatiin re delay. Would not use them again

Paid upfront for this service.Waited for 1 hour for driver to pick us up from Airport. When returning to Airport a week later the car didn’t arrive at all. Cost us €60 in a taxi. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute waste of space. Couldn’t care less when we finally contacted them. Spoilt what was a good holiday.

Absolute shambles of a company.
Upon arriving our transfer was 2 and a half hours late, when we asked the lady she had no information on where our taxi was, we called love holidays - no response, we then called the transfer head office over 8 times - no response, the lady at the airport lied to our faces multiple times saying it had broken down, or on its way, any excuse under the sun. By the time we got to our hotel we were nearly 4 hours late to start our holiday.
Understandably we were annoyed and upset by this, we were by no means rude but we wanted answers.
On the last day we were waiting for our transfer - again it didn’t show, we called the company and they said love holidays had cancelled it!? Turns out it was actually this company that cancelled, So we had no contact to let us know this until it was time to leave and no explanation as to why! We nearly missed our flight and had to pay extra money for an Uber.
I complained once we got back and we were told complete and utter lies, being accused of being drunk and rude and being sick in the taxi on the way there and so no refunds are being given.
I’ve never been so utterly disappointed and upset in my life, we don’t drink as a group we were tired yes.
My friend has travel sickness, we had proof of tablets, we asked the car to pull over so she could be I’ll and this was on the side of the road NOT in the taxi.
We’ve been accused of hideous accusations and have no refund for our transfers and extra Uber, I will take this further and I advise no one to ever book with these pirates.

Our transfer from the airport to our hotel was over an hour late, then when he arrived he seemed quite frantic. He was speeding constantly, driving a bit dangerously and we noticed he had a warning on his dash for his brakes. Then on the way back, our transfer to the airport our driver was constantly speeding quite a bit, weaving in and out of traffic and was texting while driving the whole journey. Wouldn’t recommend this transfer company, booked as part of our holiday on loveholidays, don’t do it.

Polotur provided both our inbound and outward Faro airport transfers and I'd like to thank them for their excellent service. Both drivers were very expert and courteous and we felt very safe on both trips. The driver was at the airport concourse on the morning we arrived and we located him easily, he took our luggage trolley and pushed it to the vehicle and returned it to the bay, which was a nice touch I reckon. Our outward driver was on time and had us at Departures in 45 min. Brilliant service, Obrigado.
