They have a strict 7 day return policy. My daughter changed her theme color for her wedding in July 2026 and the company would not refund or reveal any return address info. Beware of "customer service". It does not exist at this website.

Scam company.

This company is making money showing and advertising one product but selling a completely different.

Their business scheme is that they are relying on the fact that customers will not return the products because of the expensive return shipping cost to China.

I ordered a dress from the store, and received a dress completely different from the one they show in the web shop. The only thing that was the same was the fact that it is a dress.

Other than that, EVERYTHING is different:
- Fabric is the cheapest possible fabric. Completely different from whats shown.
- The color of the fabric is different.
- The detailing is a completely different.
- Cutting is completely different.

When calling out on this they state that I have to pay for the shipping back to china myself, which they say is very expensive (it is, I checked) + that they have a 30% "restocking fee" on top of that. All to make the customer take their crap offer of a 10% discount. I really had to fight to increase that and in the end got 20% off. But all in all, I ended up paying $200 for a dress that is ugly and completely unusable.

Here's the more complete list of differences between advertised / delivered dress:
- The general making is of this dress is of very poor quality.
- The making over the bust is a completely different model than shown in the pictures on the website.
- There is a very visible seam over the bust. This should normally be invisible, as in picture on website.
- The slit is in the middle of the garment, not on the side like the picture.
- The detailing butterflies are folded in over the edge and into the seam. This is some unbelievably unprofessional making.
- The vertical plastic ribbons that are meant to accent the waistline are turned the wrong way. They are supposed to be concave to accent a slim profile on the waistline, but the ribbons are turned the wrong way so they are convex / bulging and actually make the waistline thicker. It also make them poke the ribs on the person wearing the dress.
- The fabric is different - main fabric as well as the petticoat tulle is much denser than the fabric in the pictures. This makes the product heavier, less transparent and much denser, and it also affects the fall when moving around.
- Color does not correspond to pictures. The product is more towards army green than Early spring green as in the pictures.
- Butterfly detailing is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. On the website pictures they are made in a color unison with the main fabric, they are of various sizes and elegantly and airily placed over the dress. On the actual dress there are brightly coloured butterflies (much brighter than garment) placed very densely and in straight rows all over the fabric. This make the product looks very cheap and poorly made.
The production did not even care to remove the butterflies from the waistline when sewing, which means they are sewn halfway into the seam leaving the rest protruding out of the seam.
- Shoulder straps and chest detailing. On the website pictures there are elegant butterflies of various sizes over the shoulder covering the straps making a lush and decorative element almost like foliage. On the received dress there are just a few smaller butterflies oddly placed iver the straps.

All in all, this product is really subpar and does not match the advertised product in any way.

I would recommend anyone reading this to avoid pomnia.com like the plague. You will get ripped off and you will lose your money.
