Pony-O UK Opiniões 

I was very cynical when I first saw Pony O advertised! I have fine limp shoulder length hair, unlike the models with thick gorgeous locks! I decided after 3 years of looking at the adverts to finally give it a go, but with full expectation I’d be disappointed. When they arrived I tried putting one in and it was surprisingly easy… and it stayed! My hair looked incredible and was totally secure! I couldn’t be happier and as for the customer service - it was absolutely top notch- best I’ve had in a long long time and Molly in particular went above and beyond to help me. I will 100% be buying more.

Doesn’t hold my hair in place for longer than an hour unfortunately. Great concept and hair looks great whilst in but it’s not strong enough for medium-thick hair.

Despite the mishaps with customs in my country, this company's customer support is impeccable. Attentive and help with any difficulties you may have. And of course the products are really fabulous too. I highly recommend it.

Looks fabulous when in but gradually slips out of hair and will not stay in position.
I'm not one for writing negative reviews as i believe in supporting all businesses but I feel spending 27 pounds on 3 products is expensive when they won't be used
I have really think hair so maybe I have been putting them in incorrectly but I have followed the videos and notes on the leaflet enclosed. Product not fir me but maybe I am just not being patient enough to keep trying. Sorry guys

Disappointingly ugly when in place. Certainly not as flexible as the ads suggest. A plastic klippet would be more attractive!

I was very excited to try pony-o
Unfortunately i been sent wrong size I ordered pony-o and pony 2.0 to try, witch suppose to be for thin hair. Although the Customer service was very helphul offering me 2 ways of returning the items. But too b honest I can't be bother because Unfortunately even the classic pony -o isn't suitable for my hair, iv got such thin hair that when I use pony o I can't physically squash it hard enough to keep my hair together,and keep sliding down throughout the day 😒 but I am sure is great for long thick hair.

Rubbish product for thin hair, i honestly wouldnt bother spending your money and such a rubbish product, gone straight to the bin

Amazing products and great customer service too

These are good for my fine hair and make my pony tail look fuller.
The bun bar however is too long for my fine hair. It would be great if they came in another size.

After a problem with a delivery from Pony-O USA I contacted the UK who dealt with my query with total professionalism. The customer service from Molly has been first class. Looking forward to my delivery!

NIce product but very disappointed. It just doesn't work well on thick hair. The top of head, the hair is all loose and I cant make it a tighter ponytail. A lot of money for a pretty rubbish product.

Does not code tight enough round my fine hair to stay in. The bun rod metal doesn’t go all the way to the end, disappointed that they cost so much and can’t be used.

I love this product, this is my second order. Everything is always great, excellent service, speedy delivery.

I ordered a Pony 0 and a Buns Bar on 19th July 2021 it is now 2nd August and I have received nothing yet. I emailed customer service and no reply or update.

Update: There was a miscommunication with the courier who failed to deliver to my address. I contacted Pony O who updated me and I now have my products.

It would be nice to get updates on when items are despatched and an ETA or if the courier has been unable to deliver etc

The Pony-O is fantastic, I struggle to get my hair to hold with normal bobbles / scrunches and it always pulls my hair but the Pony-O holds my hair up but doesn’t pull half my hair out with it. I definitely recommend these products.

I ordered 3 pony-os after seeing lots of ads online. I was over the moon to find the UK site selling authentic pony-o without the long shipping times etc if you purchased from the US. They arrived so quickly and immediately I had to try. It was super easy to put in and is so strong they work exactly how they are advertised. I've been wearing it all day today and it's holding so well. They are brilliant thank you. Highly recommend. Seen a few reviews saying they don't work...you just need to watch the videos of how to wear and away you go!

Didn't like this product at all, it's not worth the money qn doesn't hold my hair even half as good as it is advertised, wouldn't recommend at all
