Another great experience and excellent service from Poole Airport Cars. Our flight coming back to U.K. was delayed by one and half hours; our driver, Peter, was completely cool with this and was still waiting for us with a lovely smile on his face.
Lovely smooth ride in extremely clean, comfortable car with complimentary bottles of water. Would thoroughly recommend this company for travel to Airports etc.

A little shakey at the start as I had to chase for final arrangements but the car and driver were superb. Fast, efficient and polite. Used them for the return trip too.

Wayne, our driver, was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. The drive from Gatwick to Broadstone was achieved on time, and in pouring rain!, successfully dodging road problems. Wayne certainly knows the region.
Our only problem was with the office, I assume, as we originally set our pick-up time at 12:noon for a 10:05am Gatwick flight arrival, then receiving a very helpful phone call to Canada from a lady in the firm's office advising us to set the pick-up time at 10.05am, to which we agreed. She said the change would be made. We arrived a little early in LGW and as there was no phone-call or driver there to meet us I phoned the firm's office, and was transferred to Wayne, our driver, who was just departing Heathrow! He still had the original 12:noon pick-up time!! Wayne came to LGW as quickly as possible but we had an unnecessary delay waiting of over an hour.

The service given by Poole Airport Cars was second to none. John, my driver, was waiting for me at arrivals, helped me with my baggage and provided excellent insights on the area that I was staying, even giving me a little tour of the town. The whole experience from booking the car online to getting me safely to my destination was smooth, completely hassle free and excellent value for money.

I do not hesitate in recommending Poole Airport Cars. I will definitely be using them again!

First class service, prompt, reliable and friendly

A troubled trip
Massive road works and diversions meant the driver was slightly late. The pick up arrangements were not clear, adding to the delay.
Although these was less confusion on the return journey to Poole it was still slow and not helped by the driver consistently driving significantly BELOW the appropriate speed limit ( we did not expect him to exceed the various limits)

Friendly and reliable service, I have used a couple of times to go to and from Heathrow and will continue to use this reliable and friendly service.

Used Airport Cars for a round trip to bring my 90 year old Mother from Winchester to Wimborne for her granddaughter's wedding. The driver was punctual, polite and really helpful. She was full of praise for him. Overall an excellent service and good value for money. I would highly recommend them.
