Great for sales. Terrible for Customer Service
I bought a brand new Bluroc X-Bongo from PooleMoto and it stopped working after ten miles. This was not PooleMoto's fault, but it was their responsibility to repair it.
After a WhatsApp video call with the parts / service manager, and given that I live quite some way from Poole, it was agreed that they would supply me with the parts so that the repair could be made local to me. After almost two weeks of emails, WhatsApp messages and promises, PooleMoto have done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem, which requires a £10 part.
Fortunately, the Bluroc importer are superb, and when I spoke to them today, they immediately agreed to supply the part direct to me. Just as well because the alternative would be me returning the bike to PooleMoto for a full refund!
Poor service, overcharge, no communication.
I went to get my bike serviced and to look at buying a new bike at £6500. The service is terrible, my bike was not ready on time wasting an hour travelling there. I tried to call them and got no response, emailed their sales and service, no response. The work on my bike was not done to my request, overcharged for fitting a screw which should have taken 2 minutes and got charged £45 labour. I tried to reach out for any communication after the service and to enquire about a new bike and I've heard nothing back. I will be travelling to another Royal Enfield dealer in Salisbury to buy a new bike.

Bought a bike that was supposed to have an MoT, less than 1mm on rear and front brakes and weeping fork seals.
Avoid a bloke called Steve as he will tell you anything for a sale but has zero customer service.
Please pay a little extra and go to a reputable dealer.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I took my scooter to Poole Moto for a routine service and MOT. When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't even start. I had already paid them to inspect and fix the issue, and they told me it was the air filter, which they replaced. £400 later, the scooter *still* wouldn't start just kept cutting out unless I revved it madly.
When I pointed this out, the response I got was shocking — they said, *"the service doesn’t require the bike to start."* Seriously? How about the MOT then? Surely a working engine is a basic requirement?
Complete lack of care or responsibility. I felt like they just took my money and made no effort to ensure the bike was actually roadworthy. I highly recommend staying well away from this place if you value your time, money, which they also wanted for me to bring in for a further inspection.
They also had my bike for 3 weeks due to low staff!
Got a Sinnis Apache 125.
Got a Sinnis Apache 125 as my first bike a few years back so didn't really know what I was doing. I paid the standard rate for a good condition one at the time assuming everything was stock and in good running order. I even asked if the bike was completely stock and the guy hesitated and said yes! This is when I should've walked out with my money. The bike has a aftermarket exhaust that melted the rear fairing and indicator. The side stand snapped off after a couple of months and when I called up about it they insisted it was my fault. Later on I took it into another garage and they told me the bike had been extensively repaired and modified by an ammeter and wasn't safe. Buy somewhere else you won't get your money back.

Came in last minute with a stuck on brake light, the guys sorted it straight away and had me back on the road in no time. Very helpful and friendly lads. Good selection of gear in store too!

Recently put a deposit on a motorcycle
Recently put a deposit on a motorcycle, after waiting around 5weeks, for it to be moted, communication was awful, false information given when i rang them, I pulled out of the purchase in the end, only to be told, there keeping my deposit, go else were people.

Bought a CFMOTO CLX ADV form Poole moto and the experience has been nothing less than shocking.
The bike was mis-sold and did not come with the Brembo Duel front disks and it come with cheaper brand. The clock shattered in sunlight, cant find neutral for love nor money and the rear exhaust bolt fell out.
I am now pressing them to take back the bike and issue the refund and that's proving as delightful as the bike itself.
If i can offer any advice it would be to buy your bike for someone who does not have 50% one star reviews.

Luke and the team couldn't have been more straight forward to deal with in the purchase of my new bike.
Never pushy and always on hand to answer questions. Delivered the bike in excellent condition and I was thoroughly impressed on all counts. I am happy to recommend them and would certainly buy from them again.
Never purchase from them
Bought a bike and signed into a commitment to purchase, told it will pass it's MOT with flying colours. Instead it came with a list of advisories that guarantees it's failure at the next MOT. They will not MOT any bike until you've paid or legally committed to paying. Mine is an absolute lemon. Never ever purchase from them. All the mechanics say to stay away from them too!

The first time I went there I witnessed a member of staff arguing aggressively with a customer. I’ve never seen anything quite like it.
In hindsight we should have walked away but my son was desperate to buy a motorbike.
We purchased a motorbike and went away happy with the transaction and everything was fine.
We returned to them for a service and a couple of repairs which seemed a bit expensive. Over the course of a few months the bike had a few more problems and we took it back in. Unfortunately the customer service there is lamentable so we found another motorbike repair shop to sort out our problems.
According to our new mechanic the previous repairs were extremely shoddy so it was no surprise the bike had broken down again. We were warned beforehand to avoid Poole Moto and I wish we’d listened to the advice.
Not impressed
I booked my bike in for MOT with this company. Asked them directly "Do you do MOTS?" Answer was "yes".
This was not true. I was asked to leave my bike with them first thing I'm morning as they should need it for "a couple of hours". AT 4.00PM the bike was still with ALL2WHEELERS LTD in Poole being MOT'd! If they had advised me that they used another company for MOTs and were unable to book a specific time slot I would have been able to plan my day accordingly. As it was was my plans for the afternoon were completely screwed up and I had to spend over an hour in their shop waiting for my bike to be returned even though my MOT had been completed at least two hours previous to me eventually getting it back. I shall not be using this company again.

Purchased 125 scoot from here in…
Purchased 125 scoot from here in august. Only reason i used these was because local dealership had a 3 month delay on delivery of scooter. Poole moto had one in stock. Was originally told delivery of scoot would be £40 then 50 wehn i arranged delivery. First day of riding had an issue with brake light keep flashing on and off. Clearly wasnt checked properly. Had to take it 60 miles each way trip in a van for it to be rectified. The ‘mechanic’ even said the brake lever and sensor was loose. Garage could of at least offered me something in compensation for their mishap of what seems not checking it over pre delivery even maybe 20£ off of service or something to cover my fuel down. And also having it serviced recently after only 360 miles found to have a loose oil sump that clearly wasnt inspected correctly. Contacted poole moto reference this and tehy basically dont care. POOR aftersales and care. Also they never carried out PDI correctly as they failed to do valve clearance that as per manufacturer should if been done on PDI. No offer od compensation for their failure and poor care.
New Italjet Dragster 200…
Picked up my new Italjet Dragster 200 without any problems. They even offered me the new year number plate(72). Killing me having to wait three weeks to ride it, but hay ho!

I regret using this company
Back in February I arranged to look at/test ride a moped with the intention of buying it. When I got there they told me they’d sold the moped to someone else. I should’ve left the shop there and then.
Instead I ended up buying another moped from them for £350 more than the one I was originally intending to buy. Within two weeks of buying it, it needed a new carburettor. About another two months later it needed a new drive belt and front drive belt roller. The 3rd breakdown was a problem so bad, it was beyond repair.
£1,000 on a moped that breaks down 3 times and has to be scrapped within 6 months of purchase is not good at all. I’ll never use Poole Moto again.

Bought my Benelli TRK new from these guys and they put up with a first time buyer and all his nagging questions and doubts. Have returned for service which was promptly carried out. Always welcoming, I recommend.
