Shipping notifications were completely off. It was in awaiting shipment the entire time. If it wasn't a part I had to have to run my pool, I wouldn't of had to be so nervous or had a sense of urgency.

Chelsea has been awesome throughout our entire inground pool order and delivery for all products needed and any type issues that presented themselves. Her quick response and her attention to detail is confirmation as why I chose to go with pool warehouse. Thank you for helping make this project a pleasant one.

They had extremely fast shipping and response time. Unfortunately, the Item I purchased did not fit the heater I was working on. I was allowed to return it but was told originally that there would be a 20% restocking charge + shipping. Shipping I understand but the restocking baffled me. In the end they refunded the full amount except shipping (which I understand) which just showed me their integrity. Katelyn was my case worker, and she was very polite and courteous. Overall, very good company to deal with.

Jacob L has been the most patient, easiest to communicate, and most responsive sales person i have ever worked with. For a few reasons, it was difficult to make our purchase, and he diligently and patiently worked with me to make it happen!! I am so thankful for Jacob L!!

Allow the shipping address to be different from the billing address. I had to get "special" permission to ship the part elsewhere and even then, it was sent to the billing address.

The box was a little beat up. I didn't receive any shipping notifications. But it finally showed up and appears to be what I ordered.

This summer I've bought several big ticket items for my pool at Pool Warehouse. Most recently, a replacement 150k BTU pool heater was no exception. I had a few questions about PW's selection, the manufacturer's warranty and warranty service availability, since PW is geographically a good long ways "out of town" from where I live. I had the pleasure and good fortune of speaking with Dustin H. Like everyone else I have spoken to at Pool Warehouse, Dustin was also friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I ultimately ended up purchasing my new heater during that conversation with Dustin. I think I have found a new "go to" store for all of my pool needs!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with PW since I began buying from them earlier this year. Thank You Dustin and thank you Pool Warehouse!

I purchased the Brentwood 6 person spa, manufactured by Dynasty Spas on May 1, 2025. The spa arrived approximately 3 weeks later in good condition. No damage noted anywhere. The spa was installed and worked perfectly until the first week in August. Around August 5, 2025, when I went to start it, an error message came up on the keypad (control panel) saying " There's a problem communicating with the pack. Please check keypad connections or update pack software." I checked all connections and all components. There were no loose connections, no damaged wires and no sign of moisture anywhere in the system. I contacted Pool Warehouse and the information was relayed to the manufacturer, Dynasty Spas. A warranty claim was opened on the spa and Dynasty sent me a new pack and a new keypad. The pack and the keypad were replaced and the same error message appeared upon startup. Contacted Pool Warehouse again and was referred to one of Dynasty's tech reps. I talked with the tech rep one time when I was not at home. He wanted to talk while I had access to the spa so I told him I would call him back when I was at home and had access to the spa. When I was at home and had access to the spa, I called several times to arrange a phone meeting, left voicemails and never received a call back. Now I have an empty spa sitting on my patio as I had to drain the water. Can't add chemicals without it running so it had to be drained. I definitely do NOT recommend a Dynasty Spa!!

Very easy purchase. Everyone else could not find the part and found it first thing on the website. The product arrived in 3 days.

I appreciate the ease of ordering and how fast someone responded to my email. It was impressive! Also the price for what we needed was great. We will definitely order from you again.

The shipping information was never updated. One day my order just randomly appeared.

Order quantity changed from 6 to 1 and would not let me alter.

While I have not yet started installation, the packaging was excellent and the cover looks great. All necessary hardware seems to be accounted for. I am looking forward to getting this installed in about a month. Possibly sooner depending on weather.

Item was received quickly but without tracking notification so I was getting annoyed and called PW only to find the package was in my doorstep. Good experience and would buy from again.
