The customer service is quick to give you an answer when you send them an email. So far no complains. However, my pool hasn't arrived as I type this but am expecting it tomorrow.
Had an issue with our pool pump failing under warranty. PW sent out a replacement within a few days. Good customer service. Renee B was very helpful and kept us in the loop during the entire process.

JACINIA TOOK THE TIME TO REVIEW MY ORDER AND EXPLAINED TO ME THE FACTORS THAT LED TO MY CONFUSION. SHE THEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER TO GET UPDATED INFORMATION AND FOLLOWED UP WITH BOTH AND EMAIL AND PHONE CALL. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE WITHIN 10 MINS OF MY INITIAL CALL.

I provided a brief description of a winter treatment pool chemical and he quickly identified the correct item by name, purpose for usage and the treatment ratio/to gallons of water. I recently worked with Dustin H to select and purchase a new inground pool pump, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly understood the technical requirements for my setup. His recommendation was spot-on—the pump has performed exactly as described.
Installation was straightforward, just as he explained, and the unit is intuitive to operate. I appreciated his clear communication and practical guidance throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with great customer service, and Dustin H delivered on both.

Our safety pool cover was in worse condition than expected when we closed it last year and it was too late to order a custom cover to match the anchor points on our pool. We got through the season but found it challenging to find a place that could create a cover at a reasonable price.
Baily at Pool Warehouse guided me every step of the way and quickly responded with any questions or concerns. I had to provide A-B measurements, which would be a daunting task if you're unfamiliar with it, but with Baily's help AND their video breaking down exactly how to do it, made this process achievable. Plus, the price was half of what I got at other places. I was also pleasantly surprised when this custom cover arrived less than a week after I confirmed the order. HIGHLY recommended!!

Jacinia confirmed the change to my order and ensured the refund for the remaining 5 was processed. She communicated clearly and made sure everything was handled correctly. Sales made easy, Returns made impossible
I intentionally called and spoke to a salesperson to learn which lights I should install on my pool and followed their advice. Ultimately, without a converter kit, which they never offered nor do they sell, those lights could not be installed on my pool. So I needed to return them. It should have been a straight forward process, but it literally took two months to process and get a refund. More so, I had to persevere to make it happen.
To be clear, the customer service person was delightful and professional, but she needed to follow procedures, and ask for supervisor support. Also, when you purchase, they make it easy to buy and you are working with 1 company = pool warehouse. When you return, they quickly make it clear their hands are tied, they are just a middleman, the vendors call the shots and there could be a 30% restocking fee. You won’t know the fee until the customer pays to ship everything back and it is inspected.
Again, the actual customer support person was very kind and supportive, but needed to follow policy. I spoke to a couple managers, but the final decisive manager could not have been more condescending and arrogant. It was clear the customer comes last in her opinion. I will never use Pool warehouse again and that’s a shame. This should have been an easy, friendly process. Their sales person made a mistake. Own it and move on, they did the opposite. I first called in to start the return process in early July, it is now August 20th and I still don’t have the refund, but is approved and on the way. How much? They haven’t told me, that will be a surprise when I see the credit.

I needed a new filter lid
I needed a new filter lid. I spoke with Dustin H. to confirm that the one I was looking to order was the correct replacement model, which he did confirm. This was on a Friday. Their shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, but Dustin got it to me in just two days, it arriving on Sunday. I was amazed how fast it got here and was delighted that it was indeed the correct replacement part. I don't usually leave reviews, but Dustin's service was so outstanding, it deserves to be recognized!

Poorly designed Customer Service Policy
Shopping for a Jandy WLC4C LED light controller switch. Jandy sells only through dealers or retailers. I found one at PoolWarehouse.com. Pool Warehouse's website looked great, with plenty of products for inground and above ground pools and their prices are comparable to other sites. They had one for $343.00 so I purchased it. Ordering was simple enough but I never received a tracking number or had any idea on a delivery date. It just happened the day I emailed them for an update the package arrived. So far, nothing to complain about.
The issue was when I attempted to install the switch and realized it was defective - the on/off button didn't work - so I contacted Pool Warehouse for a return. I was within the 30 day return window, so no problem there. Things got sticky when Pool Warehouse told me they would have to check with the manufacturer to see if the problem was one covered under warranty. I advised them the switch came that way, I had done no damage and knew the problem was easy to see. I asked if they could simply handle the problem in house and send me a new switch as one showed "in stock" on their website. It was then I was told Pool Warehouse doesn't have a warehouse but is a "drop-ship" company and that products ship directly from the manufacturer. All warranty issues are also referred to the manufacturer. They provided contact information for Jandy support and was told to contact them directly. That effectively ended communication with Pool Warehouse. So it turns out to fulfill a warranty claim Jandy required I contact one of their authorized service centers to verify the problem. They provided names and numbers of two companies in my area, however, both of them said I was actually outside their service area and that they couldn't help me. I contacted Jandy who then told me one option was to hire an electrician in my area (they would not reimburse for the service call) but that the electrician would have to agree to enroll as an authorized provider before a replacement was shipped. We discussed the option further and Jandy agreed to waive that condition so long as the electrician provided their license number. You can guess how that conversation went with my local electrician.....
Thankfully, on a follow-up call to Caribbean Pool Service, in Alexandria, VA, the service manager agreed to handle the claim. Simple process, send name, address, etc., along with pics and detailed problem description, and the new switch was ordered and shipped. I have to pick it up but that's OK. Getting a replacement switch means a happy ending to the story even if I had to spend an inordinate amount of time one the phone, reading emails, waiting for the dealers to call, etc.
I gave a 3-star rating because of the way Pool Warehouse handled the problem. The Pool Warehouse customer service rep was courteous and responsive and seemed to genuinely empathize with me but she told me she had no recourse other than, as she put it, to follow "manufacturer's guidelines and policies". That was also the time I was advised Pool Warehouse is a drop-ship business and that products ship directly from the manufacturer or a vendor of that manufacture. I read their terms and condition and could not find that verbiage anywhere. The terms and conditions also state "in instances where a product is truly defective, the manufacturer of the product, or Pool Warehouse in its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product, in whole or in part as necessary, with an even exchange of the same item or replacement parts, subject to in-stock availability". My item was listed as "in-stock" and when the package label show Athens TN as the FROM: location I think a reasonable person would believe Pool Warehouse stocked the "on the shelf" item and could easily ship out a replacement. They claimed they did not send a faulty product but I think from a customer satisfaction perspective it's a bad way of doing business. I found confirmation when reading reviews (ones not necessarily listed on their website) elsewhere. It seems to be the number one complaint.
The lesson here is do some homework. Take the time to fully read Pool Warehouse's Terms and Conditions. I think most would interpret them the way I did. That said, Caveat Emptor.....

I purchased the incorrect part for my pool from Pool Warehouse. I worked with Katelyn W. to get this resolved and return the item. She made the return process very easy and provided me with excellent customer service.
Pool Warehouse is Awesome
I want to say Pool Warehouse has always been so great and helpful. I purchased our pool there 5 yrs or so ago , since then I have always referred back to them for various reasons and purchases. Very satisfied with all they do! They go above and beyond to help me. Want to say there is more than one person that I am thankful for but I cannot remember all the names but one recent person is Kaitlyn. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She has helped so much. Thanks to her my issue is in process of being resolved. Thanks Kaitlyn and Pool Warehouse!
