FLARELA scam !!!!

I did get a notification saying they did deliver something however I couldn’t tell what they delivered or if anything was Infact delivered as they did not deliver it to me, I live in Nottinghamshire UK and it said it was delivered to Norfolk UK some 100 miles away,
My bank temporarily returned my money but now they have the nerve to go against it and are now disputing the case ! My bank says they have enough evidence to fight for me so we will see
They were reply to emails but have now stopped communicating all together

I have been waiting on my package since July 10th after receiving a confirmation email that my order has been shipped and still haven’t received anything, when I press the link it is no longer available. Total scam $100 and let down for my daughter

Tracking numbers for 2 differenrs shippers. When the package did arrive it was a small bubble envelope with a small square of cardboard inside.

Seems legit. You receive a tracking number within 24 hrs. It leads to nothing and then the website info disappears and no one answers the emails. Out $100 but trying to dispute it.It seemed like it was through popmart...it is not!

This is a total scam website. tracking was sent and now today when I click on the link it has all disappeared...website and order. Sad state of the world. :-(

Flarela or other website they hid behind is a total scam. As seen by other reviewers, also received a bubble package with a piece of cardboard. Almost a whole month....for a piece of cardboard. Such a real shame this has come to.

SCAM! They mailed me a small envelope with a piece of cardboard in it so it would appear "delivered". Disputing it with my credit card company. Don't order from here.

Scam. Ad popped up on Instagram bought one for family member and was told it was shipped within 3 days. Tracking number not found anywhere on any shipping site. Found contact info on their site. They're now claiming it was a carrier issue, yet can't even advise which carrier it was or what the tracking number links back to. They are refusing refund and claiming research will take 20+ days. Attempting to dispute with credit card.

Scammed and currently disputing the charge through my bank. :( website seemed super legit (I am a very experienced online shopper and super annoyed I even fell for it) and I even received an order confirmation and tracking which said delivered to the wrong state. Super frustrating and company unresponsive. Have reported to Shopify as they are payment hosts.

I got scammed because I purchased from a Facebook ad and I thought it was popmart. They have no working email and I have no tracking. Bs

100% avoid, this is a scam. No way of contacting them after order or cancelling

Email address attached to the website does not exist so I am unable to contact them regarding the order I was stupid enough to place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
