We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had with this order.

There was a system error which incorrectly allowed next day delivery to be selected for these items when that service should not have been available. We take full responsibility for that mistake and sincerely apologise for the confusion and frustration it caused.

We have now fully refunded your order because of the issues you experienced. We also want to reassure you that A1 Equipment is a legitimate, established business and this was not a case of taking payment for goods we did not intend to supply. Unfortunately, a genuine clerical and system error led to this situation, and we completely understand why it caused concern.

We’re very sorry that we let you down on this occasion and appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you were frustrated.

We did respond to each of the emails we received, however, unfortunately every reply was returned to us as undeliverable, so it appears our responses never reached you. Wanting to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we sent the requested spare parts to the original delivery address without waiting for further contact.

Since your review was posted, we've also reached out again to try and resolve the matter, but we haven't yet received a response. We remain more than happy to help, and if you get in touch with your current contact details, we'll do everything we can to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Your order was placed while we were closed for a short period, and during that time we took measures to communicate that on the website. Once we reopened, we worked to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible.
