Let's start with the experience itself. Our family had an outstanding time with our first flyboard session. Thanks to our Instructor we all managed to at least fly on beginner level. (Me personally expected it to be almost impossible but the less you think about it the easier it gets).
But feedback is also meant to be motivation for improvement. So the booking process itself was pretty easy but then we got contacted that the flyboard was not available at the fixed date so we had to reschedule. At the new date again the board was said to be unavailable and we were asked if we wanted to change our booking to jetski. Just in the moment I wanted to cancel the board was miraculously available and we could go on the flyboard. Still don't understand what kind of game that was. Also we covered a weight and size range from 120 to 200 pounds - but we had to ask for fitting protective gear.

Great service, was picked up from our hotel which worked well as when we did this last year the taxi driver was not able to find the venue. We paid for 1 hour, we enjoyed this. The instructor was great, I do think he spent too much time trying to organise us with photo’s, we had 2 jet ski and trying get them to sit together in front if the Burj Alarab is difficult. I would have rather spent that time using the jet ski which I did suggest, but he said we have 1 hour so it felt like we were killing time. This was only a minor issue. Last year we went with a different company and had half an hour, we did exactly the same journey and went to the Burj Alarab, so it’s worth checking what you are going to get in the time you have and the money you spend. We had lots if fun, returned safely and their were changing rooms. We did not want to go back to our hotel so asked if they would take us to the Mall which they were happy to do. Good service, highly recommend.

your price is high time is less and you should give fredom to go where we want with your guard ..

Le seul problème est que j'avais réservé le seakart pour 1 heure à 790 AED. Il était en panne et j'ai été prévenue 48 h avant. On m'a proposé 2 jetskis pour 30 mn à la place ce qui fait 350 AED x 2 = 700 AED.
J'ai dit que 30 mn c'était un peu court et que c'est pour ça que j'avais choisi le seakart pour 1 heure pour ma famille, alors j'ai demandé s'il était possible de faire un geste commercial pour avoir 45 mn de jetskis x 2. Je comprends que tout a un budget et je n'ai pas demandé l'équivalent de 1200 AED soit 1 heure de 2 jetskis. On m'a répondu que si je voulais je pouvais rajouter 410 AED à ce que j'avais à ce que j'avais déjà payé (790 AED) pour avoir 1h de jetskis x2. Donc aucun geste commercial alors que ce n'est pas ma faute si leur appareil était en réparation au moment où on devait en faire. J'aurais apprécié un petit geste commercial. J'ai refusé de rajouter car c'était hors budget pour nous. Donc pas de geste commercial, alors que le souci vient de leur appareil en panne. Nous avons eu 30 mn chrono de jetskis x2, pas une seconde de plus. Et en plus j'ai payé 790 AED pour 30 mn de jetskis x 2 contre 1 h de seakart x1. Ce qui fait que j'ai payé 90 AED en plus sans compensation. Je vais faire une réclamation.
Hormis ce problème administratif, Amine et les autres messieurs sur le ponton ont été super. Les filles de l'accueil un peu froide, strictement professionnel.

I am 51 years old and this was my first experience on a jet ski and I loved it!!! My daughter recommended Popeye as she had used their company earlier in the week and I’m glad I listened. Everyone should try this experience at least once. Prices are very reasonable too. May I suggest a little more time on initial training and/or demonstration for the less confident skiers like myself? I would definitely recommend Popeye Jetski to all visitors to Dubai. They also take photos and videos and send to you later, all included in the price. This was a wonderful on-the -open-water experience and I would ride with Popeye Jetski again.

My friends and I rented 4 jetskis and it was great ! The guides are very nice with us, jetskis are insane ! One of out best moments in Dubai. !

Great experience. Friendly staff and top of the range jet skis.
600AED for an hour is very good value compared to those in Madinat where we were quoted 750AED for 30mins.

Really great trip however we never got to go see Atlantis The palm as we were told we ran out of time but it’s included in the package

très bons scooters , puissants et en excellent état, nous y sommes allés deux jours d'affilée tellement ravis de l'expérience.
30mn nous suffisait pour aller vers le Burj el arab. ma fille de 17 ans a pu le conduire sans souci .
