I did visit Popeye twice this week and must say it was great experience.The food was great hot and tasty!!.The team was extremely friendly!
Dartford, twice have missing order
Been twice now and both time have missing item in the bag, only realise when i got home as both time it was a large order, try to call but they dont have a contact number for the company or retail shop.
contact them through there app , but was of no help on there bot chat, have email but I'm guessing i won't get a reply

Popeyes Braehead – Extremely Unprofessional Behaviour from Staff
I had a terrible experience at Popeyes Braehead.
When I politely told the staff that my caramel coffee had no caramel flavour at all, the staff member immediately pulled a long face and refused to admit there was any problem.
Then they replaced it with another cup that tasted exactly the same — clearly not fixed. When I mentioned it again, they gave me a second replacement that was so overly sweet it was undrinkable.
It was obvious they did it on purpose, as if to mock or play with me for simply pointing out an issue. This behaviour is rude, childish, and completely unprofessional.
No customer deserves to be treated like this. I strongly urge Popeyes UK management to investigate this branch and take action.
Refusing to admit a mistake and deliberately making things worse is not customer service — it’s pure disrespect.
Hygiene standards should be improved
My husband and I are regular customers at the Wakefield Popeyes, but the hygiene standards are really disappointing. I’ve seen staff preparing wraps and burgers without gloves, which is very concerning. Even worse, one staff member was mopping the floor with blue gloves on, then went straight into the kitchen to complete someone’s order wearing the same gloves, before going back to cleaning again.We wanted to address regarding this to the manager but couldnt find the right person then.

They don’t care that I had food poisoning
I went to the Uxbridge branch on the day it opened. I believe I got food poisoning from there. My friend went in the next day to speak to the manager, who was very dismissive and told him to report it online. I reported it, got a quick reply from them which said they were handing it over to a third party. I have NOT heard since. I have never felt so ill, I was unable to eat anything for 4 days, then only managed dry toast or boiled potatoes for the next 3 days. I did not want any vouchers or anything like that. Just an apology and promise that they will try to improve their food handling standards. Very disappointed, I will NEVER return and have advised everyone I know not to eat there.
Food Safety Issue at Popeyes Birmingham and No Customer Support
I had a very bad experience with Popeyes in Birmingham, UK. After eating at their restaurant, I became ill from what I believe was food poisoning. This not only ruined my trip but also caused me to lose a significant amount of money.
I immediately reported the issue to Popeyes. A member of their investigation team called me once, but she told me there was nothing she could do and promised to call back. Since that day, I have received no further communication.
I have tried emailing several times, calling back the number that originally contacted me, and even messaging their official Facebook and Instagram accounts. My messages have been seen but completely ignored. To this day, I have received no follow-up, no refund, and no apology.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service, especially when it concerns food safety. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from Popeyes Birmingham.
Popeyes Meadowhall
Popeyes Meadowhall, the food is always very good, hot, tasty and crispy but it's just chicken.
However, pricing is high and has just become even more expensive, 8 tenders use to be £12 already a high price but now they are £13.29 😡.
Fries aren't all that good but will still run you £3.50 for plain and £4.50 for some cajun spice on the which is a joke! 😱
I started to enjoy popeyes but with the price increases I'll have to start looking elsewhere, refuse to pay those prices going forward.

Don’t bother going ! Went as we loved but they got the order wrong and the quality was awful and would not give us a refund as I didn’t take a photo of it before we ate it ! Awful experience

Ordered food from kirkby Liverpool on Saturday night as my grandchildren were sleeping over and we had tried Popeyes for the 1st time just a couple of weeks ago. The order was quite a lot of money and took 40 minutesto arrive except the order wasnt mine. I contacted just eat for a full refund and sent a photo of the food delivered and the order number that didnt match mine but was told the next day that Popeyes said no refund because the pin was given n food had been delivered! Yesbut not mine! Not only did I not get my money back, we had to go out to buy again from McDonalds as the food deliveredwas too little for 5 of us. Disgraceful! Have tried contacting them but to no prevail. Won't be going in or ordering from Popeyes again. An absolute scam!! I am taking this and my evidence to trading standards and the fraud team of my creditcard

I frequent Popeyes regularly however on Saturday I went to Popeyes in Westfield the food was deplorable half warm and half cold tasted uncooked I had already left the restaurant on the tube when I was sent the ratings of the food to fill in which I did then was contacted by customer services for pics as if I asked them to send me the survey to rate it saying they can’t do anything about cos I don’t have pics plus who would return if they were on the tube and late for work to discuss this with the restaurant. I do wonder if these people are serious. As well as that they were advertising big breakfast but were out of eggs but still charged the same for it. An absolute farce. The customer care is diabolical.
