Smooth, simple, and the best prices online. I can't comment on customer service because everything went smoothly and I never needed to get in touch, a good sign in itself. The prices were the best I could find anywhere online, the website was easy to use, and checkout was straightforward. Delivery was quick, and the items arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, it was a simple, stress-free transaction and I couldn't really ask for more.

I have checked out several options for poppers and found a great online shop where I can purchase multiple packages easily. Poppersus offers a fantastic variety of products, and the pricing is excellent. The checkout process is also very well designed, making the whole experience enjoyable. I ordered on Friday noon and although not guaranteed I've received my order with their next day delivery service. This is an excellent choice!

Pretty good services cheaper than in shops

I've used these in the pass with others company, and no problems get the feel I want. But upon using you for the first time I'm very disappointed after I use it once that it they don't work again

This company is the most ignorant careless and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. I ordered two times from them. The first time I ordered I got my order. The second time, which was a much more substantial amount, bit never got it. Looking at the tracking info and the last thing the royal mail had was that it had left the country, but that's it. The company lied to me saying oh well it must have been seized. That my country's security customs has it. So I phone customs to inquire about my package and I was told that they never received anything with the info I had on my package. Informed me that no matter what when a package comes from another country it will always have a location of where it landed (in the tracking info) and then the next stop it would make and be tracked would be our country's customs. And if it gets seized that's when the tracking info will stop and have nothing more to track. They also informed me that the country's customs would send me a letter informing me that my package was seized and to contact them.

So I explained all of this to the customer care email that they provide. And they pretty much gave me attitude and fluffed me of like it was my fault. They called me a liar about what customs told me and then they tried saying it was airborne seized and I asked how they knew this information but they couldn't provide any proof. I tried calling the royal mail but couldn't figure out who I needed to talk to.

This company had no sympathy or concern and making sure their customer was happy nor willing to come back. I asked for the management contact and always get no response. There's no number to call either. It was and still is complete bs. Like I know for a fact their mail service has insurance on stuff like that it's not like they couldn't get covered for it and send my package again. They just kept my money and laugh, lied and didn't resolve the problem.

I wouldn't suggest ordering from these people ever. And even my first order the package came in a box with all the bottles just freely flying around in there I'm surprised none of the bottles broke during shipping.
