Terrible Service. Avoid.

I paid extra for fast delivery. The delivery option I selected said orders before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (I ordered in the morning). That was on the 30th of March. It’s now the 3rd of April (3pm) and I’ve just received a notification from FedEx to say they’ve received the package for delivery.
I had to contact FedEx myself since after the first response, they just stopped responding to any of my emails. Absolutely terrible service and the delivery options they give you are clearly not true.
I would try and get a refund for delivery but they don’t reply to my messages. Avoid.

Courier is meant for large orders and is not a next day service. For next day delivery the only guaranteed service is Special Delivery guaranteed delivery which is also cheaper than courier

We DO NOT SHIP TO THE USA. Customer has tried to bypass our system by choosing UK as country in his address as USA is not a option, he choose special delivery next day which is a UK service and stupidly gave a USA address in UK, our system auto prints labels and sends parcels so parcel will be bouncing around different royal mail depots in the UK as the address does not exist until RM returns it to us.

Awesome Order experience

Great experience though changing your bank transfer details since last order confused me somewhat. However, easy to deal with and swift delivery.

Paid for No delivery.

Ordered on a tuesday at 1531 guaranteed delivery by thursday of the same week paying nearly £15 for special courier service. It is Friday 1300 no delivery. No number to call. No recourse to question.
Very poor show.
However it transpires that the fault lies with Royal Mail who have via tracking system informed me that the package was delivered in error to a different Sorting Office and they have redirected the order.
It would have been convenient to have spoken to the originators. I have increased my star rating to reflect the edit. Royal Mail will now be receiving a trust pilot review. Such a shame that you cannot award 0 stars.
