first and last time
I ordered three products (order #1000010986). I got two. They don't reply to e-mails, they don't inform what is happening with the missing product. I used their services for the first and last time.

Knightfall Azreal - Batman armor
Product was received in pristine condition. I am so happy. FYI: purchasing this figure from PopToys.IT cost me less than buying it on the secondary market, even with the international shipping cost. Thank you so much. I would love to but more in the future.
