good experience, comms not great
User experience on the site was good, delivery came through very quickly so was pleasantly surprised by that.
The only criticism is I never received any correspondence between ordering and delivery, which left me feeling a little worried as I hadn't used them before and wondered if I'd paid into a dodgy system...
But no complaints otherwise

The wrong wine was delivered
The wrong wine was delivered. Which isn't the nicest first experience with P2P. It was solved quickly, but that just means I didn't get the right wine on time for my event.

Only 2 out of 3 wines delivered.…
Only 2 out of 3 expensive wines were delivered, although on their system sit shows as delivered in full.
Mistake was on my Security estate side. They kept the bottle there for a few days and did not call me to collect.
