Brilliant kept me updated on when it was being picked up and dropped off to me, we live in middle no where so bit hard to find us but with constant contact we got there all good lovely man friendly helpful x definitely recommend them and will definitely use again 🥰

Wojciech was amazing, kept us up to date and delivered my large bureau to my house within the day of picking it up! After struggling to find someone to pick up my desk for me this week, this service was a godsend!

The website was very easy and self explanatory to use. I emailed the company on a Sunday to change my delivery day and they replied straight away. I received continuous updates about my delivery as well as photos and accurate timings. Would definitely use again, very impressed with the service.

I live in different country but I have stuff saved from UK Marketplace and was looking for a service to provide such options like CoD on Facebook or Gumtree marketplace, I was unsure if things will go smoothly or will be scammed, I made my choice and decided to book a delivery from UK Facebook market place, I chose Essential profile just to see if things goes well and sent the item to my Aunt address where she lives in UK, and the time of delivery as around 10-12 days but it came earlier than provided and within 4days just my booking was accomplished with very satisfied feelings, the courier was very proffessional and giving accurate timing, very communicational and at end everything went so good, I would recommend this service for anyone looking for such service cannot reach his requirement due to busy or far and Porta Delivery can be there to do it!

The ordering process was easy and fast, when I needed to change the address the messaging bot or operator helped me swiftly. I had a contact of the driver and could talk to him directly. The driver and his team were great. Great service, maybe a bit pricier than expected, but I was able to order the transfer just few days in advance, so it was worth it

Achilleas and his friend were absolutely top class from pickup at my mum's to delivery to my house. They showed great care and handled the washing machine perfectly and demonstrated care and attention to both properties not damaging or leaving any marks. Top gent also very polite and friendly. Excellent service from beginning to end. Kept in touch with regular updates and provided contact details of the driver to make life easier. Driver was helpful and polite when collecting and delivering the items. Delivery was well within the estimated time window. Great value for money would recommend and use again in the future.

Great service. The delivery provider communication was good. The collection went well, the delivery was around 1 hour late due to traffic, but the courier kept the recipient updated in their progress, so can’t really fault the service as the roads are generally dreadful!!!

They co-rodinated the pickup of a large freezer from a ebay seller and placed it right into my kitchen.

I used Porta Delivery to collect a bike from Crew & deliver to me near Dover. I & the seller were kept informed all the time on collection times dates etc. It was really good. Once their date was fixed they collected & delivered the same day. Truly wonderful with great peace of mind. Also had choices for the price with 2 tier system depending how quick you want your items moved. Highly recommend. Huge thank you!

Porta was excellent. I needed a chair moved from Preston to Oxford. Porta replied quickly to my request for 'a man with a van'. Their quote was competitive. The move was done quickly and efficiently, communication with the driver was excellent throughout and my chair was carefully wrapped to protect it.
I rate Porta very highly and would strongly recommend them.

Porta took the pain out of booking an ad-hoc courier, and also much of the cost. Communications were great and the item picked up and delivered within the designated timeframe.

Great first experience using Porta Delivery as a courier to return my large bulky 60kg treadmill.
They use partner couriers nearest to your location to collect and transport items and I was very impressed with the communications from both. I was kept informed the whole time by emails, WhatsApp along with photos. My item was collected by Edmund and his son, who were very lovely, at exactly the time I was told early on Monday and delivered at lunch time Tuesday almost 170miles away. Overall I am very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and their services again.

We had a pick up/drop off on Monday of a dining table and six chairs, the booking was super easy, the communication was great and Yvonne (our driver) in particular was brilliant- communicative, friendly, helpful and generally all round fab.

I will definitely be recommending this service to others in the future and just wanted to share how great Yvonne was with our pick up and delivery on Monday!

I’m mobility impaired, so carrying a suitcase across London would be a nightmare. Unlike some other firms, Porta came to my flat to collect the suitcase, took it to the hotel in time for my arrival, collected it from the hotel and delivered back to my flat. The drivers kept me well informed, and the whole experience was very easy and efficient. Well done!
