I looked into several companies before deciding where to invest, and one stood our right away. They quickly sent a digital pack with key info about property, location, potential growth, costs, and rental returns. Most communication was through text and email, which made things fast and efficient. All expenses, like legal fees and stamp duty, were clearly explained. Since the property is still being built, I was able to buy it below market value.

I was looking forward to seeing the construction firsthand, but because of safety regulations, visiting the site wasn't an option, something I totally respected. I’d already been following the progress online, and things were clearly moving along smoothly. Instead, James gave me a tour of the neighborhood, which ended up being even more valuable.
