German-Canadian Goodness
Fast, although be warned the Rimowa Topas are made in Canada, not Germany.

Pleasant shopping experience.
Found exactly what I wanted and for a super price. Also, I had to email with customer service and they were super helpful and friendly! Probably won’t shop anywhere else for luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Hard to Find Item was Available
I purchased from Portmantos because they were the only ones who had the item that I wanted available and in stock, and it was at a competitive price.
I have received my purchase and I'm a satisfied customer.

Some of the BEST customer service ever!
Portmantos had some of the best customer service ever! I needed a specific bag, timing was critical and wanted to pay a price I saw online, but wasn't what their catalogue had. The customer service person expedited my order, gave me a super price, and was truly concerned that she met all my expectations and more. I would go to them FIRST when I need other luggage, bags and other items they sell. I bought a $150 price range LeSportsac carryon (no wheels), and they are rarely discounted.

I ordered a travel bag that I used for travel
I ordered a travel bag that I used for a trip to India. It was a perfect carryon, allowing for fitting under the seat for easy access. I received the bag quickly and as ordered. Very happy wth purchase and company.

I ordered a 3 piece matching set of Ted…
I ordered a 3 piece matching set of Ted Baker luggage (one was ordered through Amazon, but the order was filled by Portmantos). they only shipped 2 of the three pieces. one of the two pieces they shipped was from a different set, and I returned it to Amazon and the return was processed by Portmantos. I canceled the piece that did not ship and also returned the 2nd piece that I ordered from the portmantos website, but they claimed to not receive the item even though the shipping said it was received and never refunded the amount. I had to dispute the charge.
