can't load site and when i email asking for assistance i get not help.

I am extremely unhappy with the platform. We are unable to post on Instagram, the support team is not responding properly, they are giving generic and superficial responses. We pay for it !! IT'S A PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!

Postly is totally broken for instagram. It doesn't show the scheduled posts correctly, they hide them in specific views. They are changing the UI without any option to go back and the new UI is totally broken. I asked for help and they totally ignored me. I asked for a refund and didn't answer either even if they advertise that you can get a refund any time. I tried to unsubscribe from their emails and they keep sending them.

I've found Postly exceptionally good. It has made things very easy to reach out to platforms I sometimes forget to use which give me great SEO results, such as Pinterest and Google.

I just used it for the 2nd time and it works very well. I've been in IT Management for over 30 years and it only lacks a bit of intuitiveness. I recommend some minor changes in naming of "buttons". And, in the instructions, you should add in some info regarding the "connect to a page" prompt that occurs, which isn't in there (as of 2 days ago when I submitted a support call). There wasn't any guide referencing users who have multiple profiles and the support person didn't understand (multiple profiles) and only referenced multiple personal pages (which is actually the same thing). Regarding UIX, I recommend a better separation between the platforms when previewing; this is where some designers will put a title bar (dark color) with the title of the platform piece you're previewing. I'm needing to write my own short cklist to speed through it next time. That's it. Love the product thoroughly for its functionality!

Grabbed the lifetime deal on Appsumo and I never regret it. It helped a lot in scheduling and making copies. Excited to see more improvements especially being able to schedule first comment on IG and FB, analytics reports, schedule other formats like stories and reels. That would be awesome! This tool is the awesomest!

Honestly, guys, if you are not using Postly you are missing out. I don't even use Publer anymore, and I have a 300 account LTD! This is a great tool, an awesome developer who is rolling out updates at a fast pace. It also has an inbuilt Ai writer! Among many other great features! I cannot thank the team at Postly enough for delivering a great SaaS! FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so glad I waited out the early bug fixes. Postly is by far the best social media platform I've ever used, and it keeps getting better! Thanks to the team for their proactive upgrades. Postly is one of the few programs that makes my day go more smoothly.

Postly is a fantastic social media scheduler. I've used it for a couple of months across a range of social media accounts successfully. The app developer is engaged in supporting his customers and is very active within his FB group. I each month there are new tweaks or added tools including GMB and customer requests. I also like th emoji shortcuts, hashtag generator and ai caption writer. Highly recommended.

Postly is beyond excellent. If you are are busy professional who cannot keep up with constant posting on social media, then this is for you. Postly gave me back at least 2hrs a day from my usual routine of content creation. I schedule posts months ahead now. Although, I ha e not been seeing any reels I posted on Instagram. Besides that everything is wonderful. I love it and I love their team. Excellent, just excellent

Great social media scheduling platform. The development is quite fast, and they are implementing new cool features like AI writer, the most important platforms are covered, evergreen content (recurring posting), etc...

The UI/UX i clean and intuitive. Highly recommended.
