Needed to log-in to Travel Money Card…
Needed to log-in to Travel Money Card but it would not recognise my password nor was able to send an email to re-set a password. Called customer services, helpful man, but did not resolve the issue. So, I will hopefully be able to withdraw final funds and never bother with a Post Office Travel Card again!

Travel App great experience
Couldn't get a Monzo account unfortunately due to my address. Was recommended to use the Post Office Travel App (as I didn't want to use Revolut) and I have to say my experience was smooth sailing! Managed to order the card, topped up in Euros, arrived in the post within 2 working days. Was able to add it to my Google Wallet and use it abroad with ease. The app showed my balance, transactions and the ability to top up. Wish it had a feature to upload photos of receipts for business travel as the photos get lost in my phone gallery to claim back expenses. So to have them all in one place would be great!

The member of staff who I dealt with was very informative and took her time explaining how the card worked.
I went to four different countries and had no problems using the card in any of them.

Post Office Travel Card a must.
Post Office Travel Card was great when i was on holiday in Spain, I felt it was safer than carrying cash around with me. I used the app to check on my purchases, balance and could top up at any time. I used it in shops, restaurants and paying for ferry tickets, and also at my hotel for food and drinks. Also card has a long expiry date, so i can use it again maybe next year if I go away again. Definitely recommend post office travel card and the app.

Easy to use better than cash.
Easy to set up and better than carrying cash.
Only down side is the annoying survey they send you.

Got a travel card to go to Denmark as was told card payment was preferred what a great decision so easy to use and set up, will use it all the time when abroad,like the idea that its pre paid, so you don't feel the " pinch" from your bank statement!!!!!!!

Commission charge of 1.5% is applicable to Pound Sterling top ups. There is a minimum charge of £3 and a maximum charge of £50.

Before going Abroad get a Post Office Travel Card.Cardrselves a Post Office Card.
Myself and my Husband, got a Post Office Travel Card each last year. It was the best thing we could of done. So easy to put money on it, specially when we go abroad. It takes minutes to transfer money from our banks to the Post Office card. We have just top up our cards today for our jollies we dont have to worry about money then.

I lost my card in Italy. It took one phone call to inform the Travel Card team and my card was cancelled and a new one was on its way. Excellent, no hassle customer service.
