Postoplan Opiniões 

I have been playing with Postoplan to help manage social media accounts and osts. I really like how they have a Fox Helper chat support. Whenever I have questions about the platform this tool can help me find responses. Although the helper always sends me to customer support and it usually takes days to get a response. Overall this is a convient tool to help manage social platforms but if you ever run into an issue it will be days until you get a response.

I used business trial version (1 month) all was ok.
1 : i received no message at the end of the trial period, and suddenly discover that my posts where not sent anymore (perhaps they should have sent me a mail ?!)
2 : i decide to pay for 'Start' version. i thought it was enough regarding my actual posting needs. The multiple problems began :
- messages of error in multiple languages (some in english, some in french, some in spanish)
- messages to say my business trial version can not allow more than 1 tweet per day
- customer service unable to help me (they say i should reconnect : my computer is shutting down every day and i reconnect tothe application every day
i send messages during the last 10 days to customer support to ask them recover these problems. They answer but hey are not able to do anything for bug correction. i have to post my tweet myself and the automated task is done by myself!
I've already wasted 10 days of my 30-day subscription.
3) updated august 21, 2025 : when i took the ''start'' plan (august 11), i received a mail to confirm twitter was included in my plan. Today, they have updated the plans, and twitter is no more in ''start'' plan. Customer support considers i'm a pigeon, when they say twitter is not included, and that all the problems come from my misunderstanding of the plan i choose. But i have the mail that prooves it was included when i pay for this plan. To solve the problem they have updated my plan to ''business'' until september 04. My plan should have ended on september 10.
Besides, considering the encountered problems, they shoud have made a commercial gift, at least the lost days! (and not a shorter plan time timeframe)

Postoplan war von gestern (15.01.25) für ungefähr 24 Stunden komplett ausgefallen. In dieser Zeit geplante Posts wurden nicht veröffentlicht und werden im Dashboard als "Fehler" angezeigt. Der Support war nicht erreichbar. Eine im Netz zu findende Telefonnummer antwortete m.E. auf russisch, als ich nach einem englischen Support fragte, wurde sofort aufgelegt. Seit dem Beginn meines Abos schafft es Postoplan nicht, auf Instagram zu veröffentlichen, es ist nicht möglich, den Account zu verbinden. Wenn man Videos postet, sehen die auf Facebook komplett normal aus, auf Telegram werden sie (nur auf iPhones) völlig verzerrt dargestellt. Sie behaupten, dass Postoplan die Videos nicht bearbeiten würde. Allerdings zeigt die Webseite an, dass die Videos konvertiert werden - aber offensichtlich fehlerhaft. Der Support ist einigermaßen nutz- und hilflos. Es kommen wenig hilfreiche vorgefertigte Antworten. Ein Glück habe ich kein Jahresabo genommen. Ich muss nur noch einen Monat überstehen (so lange läuft meine Kampagne) und dann bin ich aber sowas von weg bei Postoplan.

Dosent work and they cant solve it aftes Facebooks update. Dont wanna do refund so money lost.

The first time loot at, i interested in it because it's very beautyful and then, I feel very convenient about the operations, great interface, easy to use. the menu is very convenient to work with, and the display of the posts in the calendar makes management and organization even easier. I am impressed with POSTOPLAN’s versatility. The web interface is very powerful and user-friendly..
With POSTOPLAN, I have learned how to organize my posts by time and visualize my online activities in a calendar format. It feels like without POSTOPLAN I was living in the Stone Age, but now I have a huge advantage in digital marketing planning. I definitely recommend it.

The basic functionality of the POSTOPLAN system will always be free, You, as a user, will always be able to choose how many social network accounts and messaging apps you need to manage, and you will never pay too much and i like it

Postoplan is an amazing social network and messaging application. One of the most important thing is that It is available in 10 different languages. I interact with different languages and communication is in a friendly manner. It is very satisfaction and also very essential. It also used for particular marketing cases. I had a great experience using this platform. I consider this platform as an excellent place that helps with digital marketing.
