First of all I'm not recommending this…

First of all I'm not recommending this company and I'll move to FISH IS FAST.

I lost almost 500$ cost of items already lost and they didn't put them in my inbox. After 3 days of the item delivery date. They add another item that it's shown clearly in the picture which they taken it's belonging to another person box No.

So, Yes I understand what happen! They literally have a lot of mistake by putting your stuff in another box! Or simply you can consider it as LOST and your money will go away!

Tried alot of time to contact them but NO RESPONSE!

Yea, I'm moving to FISH IS FAST

And you should too in my honest opinion!

THE WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered an item (Coil-over suspension), Delivery was over-priced and Customer support take days to respond and even then they are not helpful at all, I wanted to order (shocks suspension), but it was late by 3 MONTHS and made me pay the shipping fee then told me "we couldn't ship it, because of dangerous goods", they gave me two options either discard the item or ship it locally, I asked for a refund It's been more than a month and I didn't hear back from them until this day.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Very bad service experience! Don’t use their services

Very bad service! First of all you have to wait for 1 day until they load your received items, and another day to consolidate them so that you can process the payment. They have a delay in replying to emails and WhatsApp messages.
But the worst part is the weight calculation! Beware of them, my items were weighting 2Lbs and on their app they charged me for 5Lbs! When I contacted them to recheck, they didn’t replied to me. I processed the payment since I was in hurry to get the items.

From my experience, Aramex is more professional in package forwarding business. At least they don’t overcharge you like Postshipper.

For me Best!

-I received from Amazon the item delivered 6:30 PM (Kuwait) time
6:47 PM Postshipper Email me New Packages Arrived
-I accept Delay because in U.S holiday Saturday and Sunday
- From Monday to Friday morning no delay at all

The worst experience ever
At the beginning of the journey it was good, now there is a delay and a lot of pending questions as I shipped clothes for a child and I received them in a very large box and the second time I shipped small products, but the price increased more Even though it wasn't inside a big box so bad I don't recommend dealing with them

When things are smooth

When things are smooth, i was confident to keep doing business with postshipper , but when an issue show up ,they fail and not even trying to solve or support thier loyal customer, they double double charged my wallet for a single shipment ,because they are careless on following the international customs standard , be aware from them , you will pay less at the beginning and end up paying twice the amount of money at your door, they even don’t know how to respond professionally by the email and the customer service not answering when they know that you are asking for a refund and over paying clarification.

Be careful

Be careful ! Be aware from them , they are very bad customer service , very weak service , very long time to just prepare the packages , expect delay and uncaring for all your contacts , worst service ever , horrible ignorant . of course as shipping every body seeking for the faster and care for their shipment . Postshipper working in opposite strategy to achieve these both aims .

I used to ship with them for almost 2…

I used to ship with them for almost 2 years and was OK even though it was a bit expensive, but at least there service was professional. but lately and I regret to say they are getting worse as it takes them 2-5 days to add your items and more than one week to ship your packages and they almost never answer on all their platforms with a Very bad customer service,, .

*2 stars for the old days only

I'm the owner of the account linked to the suite number #12205 You received my Order #37065 i asked for a consolidation of my order in Tue, Jan 14, 2020 10:32 AM
And i paid for my order in Wed, Jan 15, 2020 10:15 AM
I made a payment using my credit card directly without the use of any third party.
I already contacted your support through Facebook that doesn't respond the whole time and On whatsApp that gives a random answers, one unclear answer per day all 16 the days.
They asked me to send my personal documents for a verification and still waiting for a reply till now and,they never replied,i contacted the whatsApp support and they said i quote"You have to contact Paypal since they refunded you.We can not release any shipment" and i replied " I didn't use Paypal service to pay for my order, Can you link me with the billing departement please"
They said"Sorry wrong message"
and now the Whatsapp guys claims that i made a refund for my order,i quote" You are the reason for this delay why did you claim to Paypal from the beginning? This is not our fault. I'am trying to help but you got refunded the money you paid us".
Is this what i get after waiting 16 days without any clear reply from you Postshipper !.
That's not how to deal with the clients.
I sent also my bank statement that shows the payment i made to Postshipper and nothing happens.
Still waiting for a clarification.
