Very easy to navigate website with clear images and descriptions. Pricing is competitive, but the stand out is their service level. We have ordered twice from Potters Cookshop and each occasion the communication has been fantastic and the delivery extremely quick. When the items do arrive, they are so well and carefully packaged, that’s a joy to unpack.

The items themselves are obviously of excellent quality too.

All in all, this is a retailer that actually cares and that shines through in all that they do.

Item has arrived damaged. Have tried multiple ways of contacting Porters to resolve this and cannot speak to a person/get a response. So disappointed as the website was great ordering wise and delivery quick.

I had searched long and hard for some pretty cocktail sticks, with no luck. Then I came across Potters Cookshop and lo and behold, I found some! These are not only pretty, but also of great quality, and delivery was very prompt too. I shall be visiting Potters' website again soon!!

The price and speed of attempted delivery was great. However it is difficult to ensure the purchaser is home if the email notification only comes on the morning of delivery!

Check on prices and were very competitive, not long after ordering we had notification of delivery and everything was really easy.

I purchased a couple of Stow Green tea towels (random colour) some months ago and am very pleased with them, so I bought three for my daughter and requested cat detail which the company adhered to, she is very happy with her tea towels. The tea towels are super quailty and can be used as hand towels in the kitchen. The service from the company from ordering to dispatch was prompt and I was kept informed of delivery.
