Our customers love the beautiful range of reusable cups and bowls so we;ve just started offering condiment bowls which have been received well. All the products are well made and the colours are great. We have always received excellent customer service, more recently we had a damaged item arrive, this was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Pottery for the Planet.

Exceptional customer service & individualised support!

I ordered 3 items. 2 cups were perfect and just as photos showed online. I also ordered a Merlin travel bowl, which was a completely different colour to that in the two photos for this item online. I emailed to ask how to rectify this and was told that this was just the colourway and all other available stock for this item were the same colour. I am disappointed that the item does not show the variations in colourway as I would not have ordered this colour if I had known. The customer service surrounding my enquiring about this has been blunt, lacking consideration/care or action and has been pretty disappointing. The quality of the cups that I have ordered this time and in the past have been good, but are not enough to bring me back when the customer service is as it has been. Small Fires brand are just as beautiful and their customer service is great!

Absolutely love your products, they are so gorgeous. Customers are loving them beautiful and unique vases. Also fantastic packaging, the delivery man accidentally dropped my boxes and they rolled down the driveway and I had no broken items!
