I ordered the board game surprise box, supposedly reduced from nearly £60 to £30 for a wee bonus family gift for Christmas. Guaranteed a minimum of £50 worth of games.
The picture selling the product was full of named brands like monopoly and operation so was hopefully would have 1 or 2 good quality games in the box.
What has been delivered is 6 cheap, non brand, poor quality games.
Really disappointed and very misled !
They don't answer emails, don't respond to message on social media, don't respond to messages sent through their website. Don't expect a refund and if you by some miracle get money back don't expect the the full amount. AVOID!
Ok, ordered spray chalk which comes as powder and u add water to activate it, turns out lid wasn't screwed on and I had a pretty big order which is now all covered on chalk powder, not good!
*UPDATE* It's 4pm on 22nd and my parcel has just arrived. Disappointed would be an understatement.
I ordered 1 x ultimate boy's mystery box and 1 x ultimate mystery toy box.
First of all, both boxes worth of toys were thrown into one big box, not packaged separately.
They are priced at £25 with a RRP of £61.87 and £25 with a RRP of £64.87.
So there should be approx £125 worth of toys in the box. Everything in it looks like it comes from the bottom of someone's bin! It's a load of tat, not even worth the £25 each box was and certainly not even close to the RRP of over £120.
I wish I could post a photo of what I received so you could all get a good laugh.
What a waste of £50. PoundSCAM is what they need to change their name to.
I placed an order on 15th at approx 1pm. Their website says ALL orders over £40 qualify for free guaranteed next day delivery (my order was over £50) so my parcel should have arrived the next day.
Well it is now the 19th and I have only just received an email saying Evri are expecting my parcel...it's not even out for delivery, they're just waiting for it.
I am absolutely LIVID. If I knew the parcel wasn't going to be here the next day I would have ordered elsewhere.
Not only this but if you want to check for delivery updates they try and make you download and sign up for some scammy app to do so.
NO-ONE from the website replies to emails either.
Poundfun clearly have the business mind and customer service skills of deceased slugs!

Theory is wonderful , infact you pay overpriced for a box of nothing 🤣 . I bought two themes boxes a arty one and a harry potter one .
One had 8 in not 9+ and other had 10 in not 12+ . It infact did not total £55 didn't even equal the price I paid for it . Thought was same company as before ( poundtoys) it isn't . Half the toys in the boxes weren't in their own packaging had fallen out or broken .
Wasn't impressed at all , could go into Poundland or even the range with the same price and build a better box . Such a shame had high hopes .
Delivery was amazing packaged and sent out within a day . Got it next day only reason they have 2 stars ..
Ordered 5x 'pre-filled' boxes only to receive one large box with a load of shite in it. No individual boxes makig it hard to determine what was supposed to come in each box. Also 2 x the christmas eve boxes, but no actual boxes just items dumped in with all of the other items. Not happy at all.
Pre-order gift set for this Christmas for my daughter, it was supposed to be dispatched from Mid Nov, but now is already Mid Dec, tried contact via email and web chat million times, no one responded at all, so disappointed.
I ordered stocking fillers along withe the Barbie mystery box and was amazed at the value I got for my money! No need to shop around the pound shops - this site has got it all!! One very happy customer here :)
Ordered on 28th November. its now the 16th December and I am still awaiting missing boxes from my delivery. I have emailed several times since 4th December and have received zero acknowledgment via email, chat support or their facebook page. Spending hundreds of pounds, to then not receive your full order and two that I did receive were significantly subpar. Feels very 'scammy' this year. And to add insult to injury they are still advertising and pushing more offers and 'guaranteed christmas delivery' when they havent even been able to fulfil the orders they already have had. Very disappointing and I must admit to being rather angry at being ignored.
Not received the delivery, Still waiting. No response on emails or on calls and my daughter's birthday party is in 2 days and I had ordered return gifts from them and all presents for party games.
Looks like I got scammed of almost 60 pounds :-(
I'll leave my original review below for context and because it was the review which brought about a satisfactory resolution! The same day that I left my bad review, I received a call from the very pleasant and helpful Jamal who very quickly put everything right! I guess he was acting as a trouble shooter for PoundFun by quickly responding to the bad reviews on here. By sheer luck (as you never know with Evri) my parcel was due to be delivered that day and Jamal offered to either send my whole order out again to the address I wanted it sent to, or refund me for the entire order which would more than cover the cost of postage to send it on. I chose the refund as it was going to be delivered in time for me to do that. It is clear that PoundFun are snowed under with orders and it turns out that they are a much smaller company than I imagined with very few staff so I do have sympathy! So, thanks Jamal, I really appreciate your intervention.
-- I made an order on Saturday and paid, then immediately realised I had put the wrong delivery address - this was my fault entirely but it should have been very easy to fix. I contacted PoundFun straight away by email, as I advised to do on their "customer support" page. Had a reply straight away from "Lisa" which I was surprised and happy about. Lisa asked for all the details which I provided and it seemed it would all be sorted out. Then Lisa told me she couldn't find my order in the system (even though I had a order number) and that my enquiry would be passed on a human. This was the first time I realised I'd been speaking to a chatbot. Well ok I thought, first thing thing Monday morning someone will pick up my address change request. No response all morning, absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone by any other means. No-one answers the phone, you can't leave a message, no-one responds to further emails, the chat option will not put you through to a human no matter what you say. At 3:20pm I finally get a response to my request to say 'Sorry, too late, order is now packed and ready for shipping, can't change address, hope that's okay' Obviously they still have it but no-one is prepared to put in the small amount of effort required to change the address on it. Of course I wrote back and pleaded, no response at all. It was due to be collected by Evri so I contacted them. Well, I spoke to their chatbot. They couldn't do anything because they hadn't received the parcel yet. Tried PoundFun again, still no response. Then Evri collected the parcel. I tried to request that they change the delivery address but Evri are just as bad - you cannot get through to a human no matter what. Phone call is no use, just another robot. Chatbot just goes round in circles and asking to speak to a human is pointless. It was such a simple request that could have so easily been sorted out but instead the parcel will be delivered to me and then I have to hope there's still time to for me to post it on again to get to the recipient before Christmas and of course I have have to pay for postage again, having already paid £4 to PoundFun. I will never use this company again. If a business won't help you to resolve the simplest problem but are happy to take your money, then they are a bad business in my opinion. --
Ordered on the 5th, my order is still saying unfulfilled, brought 3 Christmas Eve boxes and a mega box for stocking fillers for my children, there has been no update at all, can’t get through to anyone or just ignored, I have tried to write on the chat on the app but there has been no response, tried to write on Facebook but the admin didn’t even accept my post, commented on a couple of there posts one got ignored the other got removed and I could imagine it was because there was a lot of unhappy people who hadn’t received there orders even after paying for next day delivery, tried speaking on messenger to get ignored, reported an issue just to get an email saying wait another business day which I have been waiting and nothing has happened!! All I want to know is what is happening and will my items be received in time which I’m not very hopeful they will be! And if they know this time of year will be busy they need to have something in place for these situations. I’m actually livid!!
Stay well clear ordered two mega surprise boxes one turned up hardly nothing in it but baby items not what it was described and one Is delayed I doubt I will even receive it I've got to now fork out more money as a back up to get the stuff elsewhere, also ordered two Xmas eve boxes there appalling with missing bits I'm beyond angry they are nothing but scammers need reporting and you have to pay for your own postage to return even though they messed up the order absolutely disgusting will never used again what a waste of time and money

Have used this site for a while. However I ordered a girls ultimate mystery bundle on the 28th paid for the next 1-2 working days delivery. The lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely and did get things moving very quickly for me. And it got delivered today on the 13.12.25. However upon receiving the parcel I am absolutely gutted! It nowhere near the RRP they describe it as and actually when I put everything into the search bar and added it to the cart it came up less than what I even paid for it. This company has massively let people down so so close to Christmas and I will not be using their services again.
Scam company.
They have sent me the wrong items. I have tried to contact them but there is no human interaction at all! I’ve been completely ignored.
We love Pound Fun. Postage is always super fast, the product quality is fantastic, and prices are consistently lower than anywhere else I’ve found.
In my most recent order one item was missing, but their customer service was absolutely A* — the issue was resolved quickly and the missing item was sent out within a week.
Reliable, great value, and brilliant customer service. Highly recommended ⭐
I have ordered a few years ago and it has been fine, cheap items, worth the money quality. This year, I have been extremely disappointed, everything was bad, the slimes were hard as a rock, impossible to play with it, the magic crystals, none of them working were just coloured water, everything else extremely bad quality. Besides all this, the delivery takes ages, one week+ easily. Such a disappointment. I will definitely not order again. Not recommending.
