Part came fast and works. The APC delivery was a bit ropey as they said it would arrive in the afternoon but they didn't turn up and didn't communicate this to me. Also the part is pricey at £20 for a thin belt but cheaper than the gym

Great cross trainer, I bought as could no longer visit the gym. The after sales service was excellent from JJ was excellent when I needed a replacement part too. I'll be going to XS sports again when I expand my home gym.

Communication with JJ around the purchase of my Rowing Machine was speedy and informative, and they refunded me the difference in price as the item had went down in price whilst I had it on pre-order. Even that was speedily done. Item when it came into stock was shipped and delivered within 24 hours and came in perfect condition. Took a while to put together but I think that was our ability rather than the instructions or set up. Would highly recommend, great company to do business with.

Ordered SB350 bike - it came within a couple of days and was easy to put together. There were problems with the display and sensor recognising the pedal activity but the support I received was first class and new parts were sent out immediately and free of charge to resolve the problem. Excellent.

Exercise bike

Placed my order Thursday PM and received it Saturday well packaged and as described. Very happy with both the seller and the bike. Actually got the bike cheaper by buying direct from XS Sports rather than through the usual selling website(s).

I purchased this machine in August 2020 through Amazon and it has since logged - up 2600 Km on the odometer, it is still performing very well and is so much better than previous machines that I have owned.
There have been a couple of issues along the way, firstly being a noise and vibration developed in the flywheel, and secondly a broken rubber pedal strap. These were resolved instantly by XS sports and were supplied free of charge by overnight courier.
I would recommend both the company and the machine to others without reservation.

Being over 55 I was looking for an exercise bike that would be easy for me to use. Having researched the market place I settled on the B250 from this company. The bike arrived within 2 days of ordering. The instruction manual was very easy to follow ( took me about 40 minutes to build ). I had a slight problem which the customer service dealt with straight away. It is an excellent bike at a very good price. I am extremely happy with my purchase and can recommend this exercise bike.
