The two delivery men were incredibly helpful as the fridge had to be placed in a very small space. They were incredibly patient and managed to do what we initially thought was impossible. Well done

had my washing machine delivered 2 days after i ordered by John the delivery driver he was very helpful and answered any questions i had i would recommend him for delivery any time

Avoid! Very angry and disappointed with the return policy. I wasn't happy with the iron's performance and wanted to exchange it for a more expensive model, paying the difference. However, I was refused because I had opened the box.
How are customers supposed to know how a product performs without opening the box and trying it? The iron wasn't damaged or broken. Very disappointing customer service. Will never purchase anything from them.

The service was excellent. I got a phone call beforehand which I had requested. The delivery man was so capable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company

⭐ Very disappointing customer service and installation experience

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Power City.

During the installation of a kitchen appliance, the installers caused damage to my flooring. What is particularly frustrating is not only that the damage occurred, but the way my complaint has been handled since. I expected Power City to take responsibility, investigate the matter properly and make a genuine effort to resolve it.

Instead, I have found the customer service response extremely poor. I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously and made feel like I am lying about how the damage to the floor occurred. When you spend a significant amount of money with a company, you expect the installation to be carried out with care and, if something goes wrong, you expect the company to stand behind its service.

The damage to my floor should never have happened in the first place, and the subsequent customer service has made the situation even more disappointing.

I would strongly encourage Power City to look at how installation complaints are dealt with and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. At this stage, I cannot recommend the installation service or the customer service I have received.

The delivery took place the day after ordering. Santa Clause couldn't have delivered it faster! I was at home when the parcel arrived but was on a work call, so missed the delivery. When I rang back, the delivery van had travelled some distance, but they turned around and came all the way back. Two gentlemen who went way beyond what could reasonably be expected to ensure a safe delivery. Thank you.
