Power Discount LLP did absolutely fine
Power Discount LLP did absolutely fine, but I would recommend they use a different courier company for delivery of items as mine was delivered to one of my neighbours, not my house. No harm done, but it's definitely not an easily made mistake!

It is funny you say that as we used to be with DPD and recently moved over to DHL, however we are most likley going to be swapping back to DPD in the near future as we believe they are a better courier service all-round.

I ordered 6 LED downlights for my bathroom over a weekend. Power Discount let me know very quickly that they were out of stock but that they would be able to get them to me later the following week. In the end, they turned up on the following Tuesday, which was great. The lights were well packaged and the price very competitive.

We processed and dispatched your order within the promised time frame, so everything our end was done correctly. However, I have had a look at the DHL tracking and I can see they have failed to deliver your order since the 1st October for an unknown reason.
Your order is still with DHL and I have raised this with them and requested an explanantion as to why your order has not been delivered yet and to treat your order as a priority.
We are truly sorry for DHL's incapabilities to deliver your order and can completely understand your frustration.
