Great product and it came well packaged.

Good value for money. Sadly used a carrier who sent a tracker which messaged 3 days running promising delivery. I ended up ringing the supplier who contacted the carrier. Delivered next day

Ordered 3 items, and upon checking after delivery only one item was correct, and the other didn't appear to be a genuine victron part but was also the incorrect size.
Emailed on April the 9th with an image and details on why it wasn't correct.
It has been 1 week and still no response, disappointing.

update: have since have response from trustpilot, their supplier can't resolve so they have issued a refund.

Ordered battery on 8th April still not arrived, it’s now the 15th, don’t bother with online chat because nobody replies, also there is no tracking available, maybe change your courier company and improve your customer service.

They replied within 1 hour of my negative review and….
They will get back to me asap, it’s now Saturday and have heard nothing, no idea where my order is and no refund either, absolute incompetent company.

There was the complete lack of comms on any delivery timing. We knew pallet delivery would be a drama, so we sat waiting for a day before we had any confirmation of a day or time.

To be fair, Powerland have apologised and we will give them another go for our next battery order.

Order and delivery was quick and efficient.

Good service, good communication, would recommend.

My scooter batteries arrived and I was surprised to find that they were fully charged which was very helpful as I am disabled the price was good and delivered on time thank you for such good service

What a great experience! From the moment I ordered the solar panels to receiving them this morning. Originally I was planning to pick them up but in the end I couldn't so had to call the guys and request delivery. They arrived 24 hrs later!!! Amazing turnaround time so thanks for making it easy guys. Just ordered some cabling and will be back for more Solar soon. Thanks again. J.

Great Battery, good delivery

My existing car battery just died overnight without warning, (would not hold charge), so urgently needed a replacement - but wanted a better spec model (with hopefully better life & reliability). Having found the model I wanted - Yuasa YBX7096, and searched online, I found it available at Powerland. I phoned to confirm it was definitely in stock, then ordered from their website, (c 10 am). The new battery arrived c 13:30 the following day, (packaging was very good); and after fully charging this I fitted it later that day, (I tested this at 100% for the 700CCA spec). Price was good, albeit not the cheapest, however availability and quick delivery were very important factors in the purchasing decision. Turned out to be a good choice - very happy.

Great delivery and ease off ordering ..

I bought 2 batteries. These were urgently needed, and the web site said in stock. I wanted to confirm, so tried calling twice, plus the chat line. Made no progress with either, so I ordered and paid.
Later I called, to check when I could collect, to be told these were not actually in stock, and would not be on site until next Tuesday. Hopeless! After much discussion, I will collect from their supplier in Fareham on Tuesday. This is 3 days later than I wanted.

Ordered on Tuesday items delivered Wednesday what a service this is the second order from this supplier and I cannot find anything other than give praise for the exceptional service
