Just think before buying. There service is very poor . They will call you till they want to sell u something. After that you keep calling for anything they won’t reply properly and will not take you seriously at all . I was calling the service center for installation help for one of my repair part . But they just keep you on hold after selling the spare part . So be alert. 🚨

I purchased the PowerMax JOGPAD 4HP Treadmill, and it has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Within a few days, the treadmill’s belt started getting stuck — a serious safety hazard — and it made loud metallic noises. For a ₹25,000+ product, the build quality is unacceptable.

The bigger problem, however, is PowerMax’s completely unreliable after-sales service. Even after paying extra for an upgrade and additional ₹3,700 for pickup and packaging, it has been more than 15 days and the old unit has still not been picked up. I have been raising this issue for over a month now, with no resolution or proper communication.

Their support team — particularly Ashwin Mandavkar and Sushil Rajbhar — has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and dismissive. Calls go unanswered, and promises are never followed through.

This is a clear case of customer negligence and poor service ethics. I strongly urge PowerMax to take accountability and fix their support system. Until then, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. If you value your money and time, stay away from PowerMax products.

Average product. Some quality control issues are there. Okay for home workouts. Flywheel is 10kg and not 12kg as mentioned. Pedals are not aluminium as mentioned in the description. Customer service is not responsive. Seat is a little bit wobbly even after tightening properly. Maximum user weight mentioned is 140kg but I think it is adequate for maximum 100kg person.

The installation takes four hours at least. It is not at all easy to assemble. Apart from that complete set of bolts was not provided. Because of this push-up bars can not be installed.

Even worse, the bolts, spanner and allen-key are of inferior quality. These items chipped and lost their edges and shape during the initial installation!!

When connected to the brand's support girl Alina was not at all willing to cooperate. It took her 48 hours to inform me that she will consult with her team to dispatch the missing parts. If I had waited for the delivery of missing parts the return windows might have closed. Hence, I raised the request for a return.

In short, the treadmill is not at all easy to install ourselves. And, if any part is missing then it would be too tedious to get support from the brand. I wonder what the brand's behavior would be during the so-called 1 year warranty period.

Also, the treadmill package contains a message where the brand asks for a 5-star review in return for which they will be providing 6 months additional warranty!! In my opinion, this trick is only for luring customers into submitting 5-star reviews.

I also know that Amazon won't publish my review as I have highlighted the true issue concerning the brand.

Better to stay away from such a company.

such a poor company. I purchased elliptical EH-250S from this company. The service person didn't install the product properly and it got a defect in first 10 days. Once, I complained, they said crank part is faulty and even after 3 months that part is not replace by company. I am still following at the time of writing this.

It is a scam. I wanted to buy Cross Trainer. They don't want to give me price, unless I will give them my home address. Furthermore, they lied that tried to contact me on my mobile phone and gave me their number to call instead. Stay away!!!

Third class product and service..It takes a month to solve the error...Even employees are not good to support us....I can not understand how these companies survive in market with these kind of employees' behaviour

Any buyer, please avoid Powermax, they will lure you with the price, but the product is pathetic and will start giving you screeching noise and other trouble within no time. The service is pathetic, with horrible employees who know nothing about customer service. In short, this is a huge con to make you buy a piece of expensive equipment with a US label, which is absolutely not the case. Better buy a globally renowned product which will give you better service, do not be short-sighted. This is a inferior product with no service. Do not fall for the trap. I am suffering…

Motor cover was demaged at the time of delivery
It took them 20 days for registering the Complaint and 7 days to dispatch
After that there was issue with the motor thn they sent an small motor which again stopped working in 7 days
Nd now when i talked to them regarding motor they said we will arrange for new one
It has been more than 7 days i m trying to contact them they are nt taking my calls
I bought this machine 50 days back and not even used it for 7 days
