We bought an 8’x4’ double door pent shed, and have had it installed for over two months now. The company was a pleasure to deal with and the driver was very helpful on delivery. The quality of the shed is top class, unlike the shed I bought from a different big named supplier 6 years ago which leaked terribly! This shed is bone dry, even after lots and lots of rain! The design is very good, and the timber is good quality. It was also easy to install (me and the wife). The price was also very competitive. Highly recommended : )

I’m absolutely gutted with the service from Power Sheds. I ordered a 6x6 apex, but a 6x4 turned up instead. Trying to sort it out has been a total palaver—the WhatsApp support is glacial, only replying once a day, which makes resolving anything a right faff.

To top it off, I’d already paid a handyman to come round, so I’m out of pocket there too. Now I’m expected to pack the whole thing back up for collection like it’s my fault! Honestly, it’s been a proper shambles. Just a heads-up to anyone else: it’s a bit of a tombola whether you get what you actually paid for.

I was so pleased to come across Powersheds when looking for a log cabin which I could use as a cosy place to write and have friends to visit during the Scottish winter. It was a good experience to trawl the website in search of exactly what I wanted to fit the space I had at the bottom of my garden. I had a good discount and delighted I could afford a cabin with double glazing made of Scandinavian pine. I choose the chalet design. It was delivered It on time and with extreme care. I had kindly neighbours to install it and it was finished just before Christmas. This Spring it is a sheer delight to see it situated at the end of my path with dancing daffodils to set it off. It is used by our local community as meeting place as well as my happy place. The space is larger than expected and warmer too. Absolutely water tight when the rains still deluge us. After care support has been all we could desire.

We purchased 2 sheds ten months ago.
The larger of the two sheds has gaps appearing in one side. The panels are separating. I have whatsapped for support and they are basically being really evasive and customer blaming, it’s the preserver, it’s something. We have done….. Or god blaming! It’s the sun, it’s the rain, it’s lack of air 🫣
Lots of messages and still no help and we have a leaky shed. We have had to put sealant on the holes as we have items in the shed that can’t get wet. And we are now being told that its the sealant 😳
Poor, poor customer service ….. go somewhere else for your sheds!

I just built my 10x6 pent shed which was delivered promptly and on the date chosen. The shed was in great condition no mould marks no big knots in the wood etc and the build took me and my partner around 3 hours. good quality and looks very nice. I did have a bit of an issue with customer service which has since been rectified and I'm now a very happy customer

The dealer, Berkshire Buildings Ltd at Hare Hatch, were most helpful and gave us a good insight to the quality of Powersheds product. We selected our cabin and it was delivered exactly when we required it after our base had been constructed. The cabin was built like clockwork. I am experienced so no problems but non skilled buyers may want to employ Powersheds to construct it for them, especially as there is some medium to heavy lifting involved. I was pleased with the quality of the timber and the double glazed doors and windows. The EPDM roof rubber laying even I had to contract out to a local roofer, it was too heavy for us older folks to handle. It cost £260 to lay but was worth it. We spent several hundred pounds extra on preservative, every piece was treated with 2 coats, and 3 coats of UV Protection Wood Oil to the whole cabin both inside and out. The final result is a beautiful and very attractive cabin.

My son lost the key to the shed and it was replaced straight away.

Great value and quality. Powersheds were very helpful with advising me on the product which most suited my needs. I purchased an 8 x 6 potting shed via Robert Dyas in 2023. It was delivered quickly with comprehensive easy to follow assembly instructions.
I have since had contact with them regarding a replacement key and once again their customer service was superb. Highly recommended.

I bought a Powersheds shed to fit a small gap down the side of my house. I was looking for something narrower than 5ft, but extremely long to maximise space.
Powersheds was able to do a 20ftx4ft shed which fits perfectly. The build was easy enough and I managed by myself with no help needed, albeit it would have made the job quicker. I would purchase again, but I can't imagine I will need to as this looks like it will do 20yrs easily.

Absolutely over the moon with the quality and the final finished product.

Firstly the door was damaged on arrival not during transit but screws sticking out, flimsy and in general very poor quality. They have replaced the door but they seem to have an answer for everything and being an Engineering it's a lot of rubbish. It's costing me more to make sure that the floor and walls are structurally safe for my family. I am going to contact the ombudsman because this shouldn't happen to anyone else especially after paying so much money for it. Please avoid!!!

We got a premium Pent shed through powersheds. It looks really smart and the customer service has been great. You might not think that’s important for a shed but it is: calling to ask for advice when building it - no problem. Emailing about a lost key - emailed straight back with a solution within the hour. Spot on.

I have bought several sheds over the years and made a few of my own. This shed is the best I have bought, it is really good quality and well designed. I would happily buy another. The amount of positive reviews tells you all you need to know!

I have since seen your reply and can confirm i have indeed spoken to you multiple times on this issue, the shed has been treated and sealed and aired and is still the same full of mould, I followed every advice from getting the shed and the wood still is mouldy inside and outside, customer service dont care.
Cant even give 1 star, absolutely shocking, mouldy inside and out in less than 1 year, the state of it is awful, customer service shocking, wood is rubbish. Not able to store anything in it as weve had to chuck everything away that was stored in it through winter due to mould, shed was treated in summer and looked after, dont waste your money

Competitive pricing for what is a quality product. The shed turned up as promised with all items required. Instructions on how to build were clear and made for an easy yet rewarding build. We have since painted our shed which is still standing after a number of years of use. Looking to move in the coming months and will require a shed in our new house so will return to Powersheds to purchase again.

I ordered a 7× 5 apex shed in july 2025 Ordering was simple. Delivery took place about a week later. The shed was delivered on time and right to my back gate.Perfect.
Assembled using the clear instructions. Follow these and it'll go together fine. It took two of us . Keep it level and straight. I gave the floor a bit of extra preservative as suggested.
Shed built, time to put the felt on.measure twice cut once!.
Once built i had a good , very solid, waterproof shed.
Ive waiting six months to review so as to properly judge. Still very happy. So happy, I'll need another one this year and I'll be straight onto power sheds.
My son has since bought one too!
Customer service is very good too. Prompt and positive responses, always.
