Very good service - the item I bought the replacement power supply for turned out to be broken, and I was able to return it quickly and easily.
It was an ok experience. I bought a power supply for a Roland Amplifier. The products themselves are higher quality, electrical safety, likely longevity, than cheaper options on Amazon/Temu/Ali-Expres... Ver mais

Great customer service
I had a problem with the product, which they dealt with brilliantly. Sometimes things don’t go as expected and it is how that is dealt with that makes the difference. Would definitely use again.

the online purchasing was good but a VAT invoice would be nice addition
the online purchasing was good but as a council when we use a company card we would appreciate a VAT invoice rather than a receipt once payment is taken. Power Supply Shop will send it but only on request.

Fast Reliable Service
I ordered a Power supply for a Samsung curved monitor. I was very pleased with the unit that arrived well within the delivery time scale at a fair price. You can not ask for more from a company. The website was easy to navigate and find the item I needed. They are worth a try if you need a new power supply.
