I have recently purchased a used levergym with attachments and Olympic weight set at a very reasonable price. It looks like it's built to last, super smooth on the cable's and pulley's. A nice compact frame that covers just about everything. Very happy 😊

I’ve owned Powertec equipment for close to 20 years and it’s great equipment. My complaint is with customer service. Two of the seat rollers wore out on my leg press sled. These items are not available for easy purchase online so I completed the customer service form on their website. Luis replied quickly and gave a quote and requested my address, etc and said he’d email me further purchase instructions. I’ve waited a week and received nothing. Called their customer service and was not able to purchase directly with them but advised I would receive that email later that day. Still no email. I’m baffled and frustrated by this parts purchase process. They have no place on their website to purchase parts and you can’t purchase through their customer service. I’m totally handcuffed right now and it’s like they don’t want to sell you replacement parts.

I recently purchased a Dual HyperExtension from Powertec. While the equipment appears to be made fairly well, the weight of the equipment is not strong enough to withstand use from an athlete that weighs 180lbs. The machine tips over without someone holding the device in place or applying weights to the back of the device on the floor. Unfortunately, you have to read the fine print regarding returns. The consumer is responsible for shipping the product back, while simultaneously getting charged for the original shipping cost, and also covering the cost to restock the product.

Purchased my first powertec gym equipment 7 years ago. From there on I have added to my gym with more powertec add ons and accessories. Products are well made and have an industrial quality feel to them.

The company put that little more in to their products to make them more robust and stand out from other competitive companies. Side by side?

Powertec always wins.

Great quality products. Company are great at questions and answers. Also fantastic customer support!

If you want to quality gym equipment then powertec is by far the best out there for your money.

My only negative is I wish the UK got new products like the EU and US. We always have to wait in the UK!

I will first start by saying the multi system machine is great! The purpose of my negative review is for customer service. Two of the seat cushions from my system came with a moldy/mildew substance on the back that was white/black/gray and it smells horrible. I have reached out to powertec multiple times including email and a voicemail. A luis had responded to my original email immediately asking for part numbers and after giving them to him I have not heard back from them in two-three weeks. I did include pictures with my emails and told them I tried to clean it off myself after taking the pictures but the residue is still there and smells bad. I just want a resolution to this but they have ghosted me.

J'ai acheté il y a maintenant presque 1 an, la station de musculation lervergym et je ne suis pas déçu elle fait clairement le travail.

La livraison a été top, en moins de 15 jours, elle étais chez moi.

Quality gym equipment. Love my powertec equipment.
