Quick to respond and honest.
I ordered something from this company for 24 hour delivery. One item was out of stock and I was contacted immediately. When I explained the urgency, I was told that I was past the deadline for next day delivery and offered a refund or delivery after the weekend. I took the refund. Whilst I didn't complete a purchase, this company were so quick to inform and so honest that I gave them 4 starts and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Poor service
I ordered expecting next day delivery which I read on your site !
I needed my painkillers I have chronic pain they arrived 3 days late ! I had to get my elderly parents to go to fetch me some painkillers from the nearest open pharmacy!
