Very good support, on weekdays solve my problem and even some additional things

Outdated hosting.

- Poor network performance (constant 5-120m downtimes)
- Clunky panel (ISPManager)
- Poor tech support, no explanations or reasons for incidents. Just your basic 'we're working on it'.
- No way to attach a CC, you need to pay manually each month.
- 1$/EUR for IPv6 (No, I'm not kidding)
- Constant RBL blacklisting. Not only your /32 address but the whole /24, /16, etc. Which support doesn't care about.

+ Many options if you need a dev server which won't be used in production.

Like other customers here said already, its a scam service. You pay for a server and it runs for a day or two, then they tell you to KYC and just supend your server, without any refund if you dont do it. God knows what they do with the KYC data from people who really do this. Stay away from them. Also it seems that they buy fake reviews.

I made the payment for a monthly server which was 4.7 yaro on the website PQHOST, but by paying in foreign currency instead of this amount, I paid twice this amount.
I contacted the support immediately and they did the necessary follow-ups very quickly in less than 24 hours and put the additional amount of paid cryptocurrency in my wallet.
I am really happy with the timely follow-up and good support of the PQHOST team who cooperated with me to the fullest.

Like many other REAL reviews stating. This service is just made to be a scam. You pay upfront, sometimes for many months or even years to get a discount, then after a few days max they just suspend your servers, either telling you something about it getting used for malicious activities (Which didnt happen), or you get an email about being selected "randomly" to KYC yourself AFTER you paid for months via some fishy website that probably steals your identity with it. They wont give you any refund whatsoever by themselfs, only chargebacks via bank can help you with that.

Stay away from them. There are hundreds, if not thousands other, legit hosters out there that can be cheap as well.

This hosting is very bad. I have ordered a VPS server and the IP of the server was very bad. I requested them to delist the IP from the blacklist. I didn't use the server, I just bought it. Without using the VPS, IP was getting blacklisted. So I told them to give me a refund and they refused to give me a refund, nor did they delist the IP.

They also deleted my account so I wouldn't be able to contact them. Very bad hosting. Beware of getting any service from them.

Support is prompt with their replies and are happy to answer your questions.

Server hosting is up to snuff with other providers minus the backups, which isn't really an issue with Linux instances as you can back up by other means.

Pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended!

I have bought from this site several times and the quality of their services was excellent and they answered my tickets very quickly.

i purchase first time server with 4GB ram in details write internet port speed is 10GB shared . after test internet port in my server is only 100MB lower than my pc in home . not useable and bad quality . open ticket for refund in several HRS but not accept . never buy from this hosting

They ripped me off. i paid for one year upfront for a server then after 2 months they simply suspended my vps and want me to provide selfie with passport in one hand and in another hand a paper writing pq.hosting
I asked for service termination and BACKUP of my files, i was said that server will not be started and no backup provided! Take care they are scammers go buy somewhere else, there are many by far better vps providers. I can proof everything with screenshots!

I won't buy any vps on this fake site in the future, too.

The internet of the servers is incredibly bad.
For example a server in Hong Kong has 30 mb/s down and 1 mb/s up. Even the other servers in other location have a relatively slow internet compared to other popular providers and always bad connection to china and prob. to other countries too.

The supports is fast until they actually have to do something, then you have to wait for a few hours to get a reply. They just repeat themself and ignore whatever you said before.

Please do not buy your server here. I'd rather go for overpriced servers than buying here.

Unfriendly technical support who likes to give short curse replies that are completely unrelated to the question asked.

All their IPs are blocked by Microsoft's SMTP servers so you can't send email to them. You can't actually find this out until you sign up with PQ.hosting, request that you're allowed to send on port 25 outbound, to then find they're blocked anyway.

The trustpilot warning about rogue reviews says it all I think - you have all been warned.....
