Great coat, very poor listing and customer service.
The coat otself appears excellent quality, so the end result was positive, but I was uncertain throughout the order process as the website listing had very few useful details about the coat and there were no measurements offered to guage sizing. I had to entirely guess on size. I even emailed the store with a query but received no response.
When I finally placed an online order, it felt like a complete gamble and I was anticipating having to return it. One of the emails about the dispatch mentioned the coat had "cleared customs", which made me suspicious as I was under the impression they were a UK high street store, so I guess the products are made at A factory abroad rather than UK.
Nevertheless, things turned out okay and the coat gits and seems good quality, so a stressful process, but a good product at thd end.
