Staff at Previns are genuinely friendly, professional and helpful. Their service is unhurried and attentive.
Oh and the jewellery is absolutely beautiful too!

Brilliant communication, super helpful, no ask was ever seen as being too much, beautifully gift wrapped, with all the extra touches such as personalised gift message added that very personal touch.. Packed securely with delivery swiftly arriving within 24hrs.
More than very happy. 😊

Had a fabulous experience in Pravins Milton Keynes today, from start to finish we were listened to, made to feel special and not under pressure at all. We purchased 2 wedding rings and the entire process about the selection for a men's ring was explained making the choice so easy. They took all the stress away and gave my engagement ring a quick clean too

I decided to surprise my wife with an eternity ring, service was great and the item was in stock. We were offered drinks.
My only gripe was that it would have been nice to be given one of the bottles of fizz as a thank you, unless they are fake 🤥

Great personal service. Your representative was very helpful throughout and helped me choose a beautiful diamond bracelet for my 70th Birthday. Thankyou.

Luke was fantastic, made our experience very easy. Thank you

Quick, friendly responsive service. Thankyou...

The staff made us feel very welcome, and helped my wife and I choose a lovely ring.

Very good service

When we arrived we were greeted straight away and looked after throughout our purchase

The staff were friendly and attentive. The quality of the jewellery is high but fairly priced.

Jake was so friendly and helpful. No pressure selling and we were encouraged to make our own decisions. We felt he really had our satisfaction at heart and not increased sales value. Thank you Jake you made choosing our wedding rings so easy.

The lady we had as a sales person was both full of confidence and helpfulness when it came to helping us with our perches ,she made us fell very as easy with the whole experience

Great customer service and a very nice experience.

Arya was so helpful and it was so easy choose what I want cause she made it ease to make me feel I need to have it. Thank you Arya it was lovely meeting you yesterday 💝

Amazing staff, very welcoming friendly and understanding

From the moment I placed my order, the entire team were fantastic. I placed the order far later than I should've done for the delivery date, and yet the Pravins team managed to get it to me by the delivery date. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and made the entire purchase seamless.

I dealt primarily with Francesca in the Reading branch, who was brilliant to deal with. However, the others who I spoke to (apologies for the lack of names) were great as well.

The team in Reading were great to deal with, and I would certainly shop with Pravins again and recommend them to friends in the highest possible terms.

Dispatched immediately order received and arrived with us the next day at the advised time. Ring as described on web site and my wife is very happy with it.
