Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, although we remain genuinely disappointed to see such a defamatory review regarding this matter. We take every concern raised by our customers extremely seriously, and in line with our commitment to full transparency, we have once again reviewed the details of your case with the engineer who attended your property. His findings and diagnosis were communicated clearly at the time of the visit and remain consistent with our further internal assessment.

You later provided us with a “CCTV survey report” from the contractor you say attended after us which you didn't even tell us the contractors name. For clarity, the exact wording you shared is as follows:

“Attended site for cctv survey to check condition of the line as other company has recommended 24m liner. On arrival we lifted the manhole on site which links with toilet and gully we used our cctv to survey upstream towards the gully, observed water in line I believe this is due to large amount of scale buildup within the line. I recommend we attend site for descale and hpwj from the manhole outside garage, upstream to the gully. I’ve also camered downstream from mh1-mh2 this seems fine no issues, recommend we just clean with hpwj.”

Unfortunately, the document provided does not resemble a professional CCTV survey report by recognised industry standards. As a long-established and reputable drainage company, a full drainage CCTV survey from PDS would always include:

High-quality video recordings of the entire inspection

A detailed written report with precise technical findings

Clear recommendations supported by visual and structural evidence

None of these were supplied to us, nor have we received any form of video footage to substantiate the claims made within the text you sent.

To help move this forward constructively, we are formally requesting a genuine, complete report from the third-party contractor. Once we receive this, we will gladly review the findings in detail. Additionally, to ensure complete fairness and impartiality, we are more than willing to arrange for an independent contractor to attend as a matter of urgency. Our priority is—and always has been—accurate diagnosis and effective long-term solutions, not conflict.

It is also important to note that we have attempted to contact you on numerous occasions by telephone, all without success. We have sent emails asking you to call us directly so we could discuss this matter professionally, yet we have received no return call or acknowledgement. Open communication is essential in cases like this, and we genuinely hoped to resolve this swiftly with your cooperation.

Given the circumstances, and considering that this is a rented property, we can only assume there may be frustration around the costs associated with both the call-out and the initial diagnosis. However, this does not justify posting remarks that harm the reputation of a highly rated, fully accredited company that prides itself on honesty, transparency, and customer care.

At PDS, we remain committed to resolving this matter fairly and professionally. We simply ask for the opportunity to do so with the appropriate evidence and a cooperative dialogue.
