Thank you very much for your very prompt and efficient service - We must give a very special mention to thank Josh, who surveyed and cleaned our drains with always a smile. He is a great representative of your services and ask you to thank him from the Phillips's. Your price of £1,065 + VAT for say three hours work does seem to be very expensive, but it seems to be the going cost for drain surveying and cleaning a house like ours. All we hope now is that those dreaded drain flies have finally vacated our home. We also have to say that we have spent virtually £2K on pest controller visits and enzyme solutions (some from the USA) to no effect at all. So, we now wish we had come to you first, instead of (hopefully) last!!

Cleared blockage in 2 pipes & fixed cracked underground pipes
They found 2 blockages in my property pipes which if left could have caused a lot of damage. They cleared both blockages quickly and repaired cracks in the underground pipes.
Ethan who came to do the job over 2 days was very polite, explained everything and showed me the cctv pictures of the cracks and again after the work had been done.
Very tidy work and you wouldn't know he'd ever been. He went over and above expectations as he fixed a pipe under the sink which I'd taken apart in an attempt to clear the blockage.

The engineer who attended was polite and courteous.
The job became more difficult than initially thought. PDS didn't change the price and worked hard into the night to complete what they promised. Thank you
