PredicAire is absolutely amazing

PredicAire is absolutely amazing. It was been a game changer for us. Our team love it. Great and the level of data analytics. Flo, the Ai nurse is great at detecting anomalies, which had a great impact for us in relation to resident outcome. The PredicAire team are very responsive unlike other service providers we have used before. The other features like Maintenance, Nutrition and Quality Assurance are really good and all integrated which helps to avoid duplication and look at everything on one platform.

Useless information needed

Useless information needed to write the care plans. Not reflecting a persons needs or if they are end of life the stuff is totally irrelevant to them. Then because of the AI it’s all the same for each resident then you have go and rewrite the whole thing anyway. Save your time and go for a different system.

App is slow and you spend a ridiculous…

App is slow and you spend a ridiculous amount of time filling in things that are totally unnecessary. I’ve worked in healthcare for 17 years and I’ve never wasted so much time.
I despise the app. Time we could be giving care to residents is spent documenting things that aren’t necessary. The irony in the latest update is you have to document how much time everything takes 😳😳😳 I don’t have time to input on a slow app how much time every minor task takes.

The enhancements we develop are directly from customer feedback to provides a seamless user experience and to ensure we enable users to be the required regulatory compliance. The slowness in the app could be a result of multiple things including the internet connectivity at the facility. What you’ve described isn’t typical of how teams use PredicAire, so it would really help to understand how it is used in your service. Sometimes the onboarding or training can make a big difference to how smooth the app feels day to day.
