PWI is an absolute joke of an organization. I took my son's 4Runner in for an oil change and the repair shop found the the rear CV axle was close to failure and had to be replaced. Rather than honoring their contract they seemed to imply that the axle had to fail (presumptively while they were driving). I wouldn't wish their "service" on my worst enemy. Do not buy their "warrantee".

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. I needed a new alternator and was out of town. PWI covered the tow and the alternator repair. Great communication and assisted me in finding a repair shop. The repair shop was happy to hear that I had PWI. He said he has worked with them for over 20 years and only had high praise for PWI. Thank you for a great experience.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, they do not pay the repair bill, especially if it cost more than the price for the warranty. A transmission repair costed me out of pocket 1,200. They are not trustworthy, and they don't honor their contract. Don't fall for this so scam!

Caleb is the greatest!
Caleb Overdorf did an amazing job helping me out. I am a service advisor at a shop, and I have dealt with a lot of warranty companies. Bought an expensive warranty to cover…
Bought an expensive warranty to cover my vehicle. When it came time to use the warranty, under the system I bought it for, the denied the claim because the specific part wasn't listed. So they denied the claim on an electrical safety issue. One that could've easily cause a serious accident or injury.
Stay away from this company, do not buy their product. They don't stand by it and run at the first sign they have to pay.
Horrible company, no ethics or standards. Buyer beware.

My car started jerking
My car started jerking, misfiring, and no any signs of overheating. I drove it to the nearest repair shop immediately. After inspection, they found that the coolant level was not low.
However, PWI denied my claim, saying the issue was related to overheating and the radiator. I am still fighting with them regarding the claim. It has been months, and my car is still at the repair shop.
In my opinion, they did not properly inspect the vehicle or clearly understand the actual cause and definition of overheating. I would recommend being very careful before purchasing this warranty.

This morning I worked through a claim with Caleb. He was extremely professional. I work with many warranty companies and this was by far the best experience I have had. We do warranty work and sell multiple warranty programs and pwi is now on the top of the list of my go to programs for our customers.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS GARBAGE!!! When buying my car I was not even given an option if I wanted to add this and was not even told it would cost me anything. It was not until the next day I’m at home trying to figure out why my payment for my car loan is so much higher than I thought it should have been that I realize I had to pay thousands of dollars for this. The car dealership just acted like it was included and told me they were amazing to work with and pretty much would cover anything that could possibly go wrong with my car. SO NOT TRUE! After discovering issues with my car and taking it to the shop, my shop tells me that nothing that they say is covered on my brochure I was given is actually covered so it’s completely dishonest and worthless. The parts that need replaced are listed on the brochure as parts that are covered but then they tell me that it doesn’t count because it’s just normal wear and tear. Now because they won’t cover anything that needs replaced they now tell me that they also are not going to reimburse me for what I had to pay for a rental car which they already told me they would and that is the only reason that I got a rental car!

I guarantee you I have a warranty through you. It is may also in be under my spouse’s name Camerron Creech but I believe it is under my name India Reavis. We have a 2013 Kia Optima Limited 2.0T purchased from Dave Morton Auto in Salem Oregon.
