Hi There, we have been in contact with you via email. We have reported back to you what DPD (chronopost) have said. We were waiting on your confirmation to state that your parcel was not at said post office.
As of today i can see you have responded, so this will need to be further investigated with DPD before we can proceed any further.

the jeans were great, it fit perfectly and it also arrived on time. it was comfortable & many people asked where did i purchase the jeans from, i’m due to buy more for myself. i recommend these jeans to everyone!

COAT
I ordered a coat for my grandson. It was my 1st time ordering from this company. I only waited 2 days on my order to arrive. The quality of the coat is brilliant and i had to choice to exchange it for a different size if it didnt fit. My grandson is going to love it. I will definitely be ordering from Pre-London again.

The comfiest jeans I’ve ever purchased
Bought the blue Roma jeans last week and just had to get the black ones as the fit and style are second to none, and my most comfortable jeans I have , got my eyes on the grey ones also to make it a hat trick of the greatest jeans ever.

Amazing quality clothes and amazing prices
Over the past few weeks I've bought seven or eight items from pre London and I'm very very happy with everything I bought down to the quality to the amazing prices and I'm even on my iPad right now browsing true t-shirts definitely my favourite place too shop great prices and even better quality clothes I'm definitely sticking to this site 😊

Too long a period after a return Gita replacement to be deliver. During that time they hold into your monies …. with no email confirmation if when replacement will be sent or refund made.
