Honest and genuine recycler - 100% recommend!

Following a dreadful experience with another recycler who halved their original offer once they had received my phone, I did lots of research and chose Preloved Tech - the third highest offer on a comparison site. Having received my phone, they honoured their original offer and less than a week after posting it I receive confirmation my trade is complete. No delays, no lowballing, just an honest and genuine company who actually pay what they offer! Other recycling companies please take note!!

Really great company. So glad I found them. So many quote a price only to reduce it when they receive it. Not Preloved Tech. They sorted postage then a couple of days later they paid the full amount. I wanted my old tech reused and to not go to landfill. This is perfect, really happy with the A1 service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, creating a perfect setting for our meal. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. As for the food, each dish was a delightful blend of flavors that exceeded my expectations. It's clear that a lot of care goes into each plate. I definitely plan to return soon and highly recommend it to others.

Good customer service.
I hadn't heard anything from Preloved after 10 days so I sent an email. They responded to me very quickly after checking the Royal Mail tracking and finding that the parcel had been misdirected by Royal Mail. They got it back on track and paid out 2 days after receiving the phone as promised.

Sent my phone, it had 2 scratches to the screen when sent & I took plenty of photos to document this. It was packaged in bubble wrap, to the point you couldn't feel the phone inside to prevent damage. I was taking no risks.

Received an email stating the screen had multiple scratches to it, and they reduced the value by £100. The scratches 100% look deliberate, and they have certainly damaged my screen to be able to offer me a lower price. I am absolutely livid - I have requested they return the phone, but they have damaged it now so much I will not get the agreed value from another company.

Wish I had read more reviews before sending. AVOID at all costs
