Very disappointed in this company
Very disappointed in this company. Taking my money without delivering my laptop. I have contacted them by phone and email and no response. I purchased a A grade laptop for my baby niece for her birthday. Only to find the delivery not being made, no update no response. My I requested for my money back as they didn't fulfill their commitment to deliver the item I paid for. They also keep charging, so frustrated with this.
Radio silence. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Overall good purchase experience

I ordered an A grade laptop at a good price from backmarket.co.uk. It arrived when expected and is as described. The only improvement I can think of is to be able to choose which carrier delivers it so if one is out when they call one can pick the most convenient location to collect the parcel from.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company, I purchased a refurbished PC for a fraction of buying new. It arrived within 2 days, in immaculate condition, in fact it looked brand new and I am so pleased with my purchase. I would definitely purchase from this company again and love the idea of recycling unwanted electricals and preventing them from going to landfill. Very happy customer. Thankyou

Substandard goods
Edit: I have now had my issue resolved by a very polite computer engineer, Tommy-Lee. I wouldn't risk buying from Prem Tek again, but finally 5 months after I initiated contact for faulty goods under warranty I am satisfied. 5 stars for Tommy-Lee, 2 for Prem Tek
I bought a hp laptop from Prem Tek via Wowcher. After 3½ months of very light use several of the keys stopped working. I sent several emails to different departments in Prem Tek, including to the address given in this thread by someone actually from Prem Tek. I was well within the 6 month warranty and I never heard anything back. Wowcher couldn't be bothered to help either. £199 of my money stolen by Prem Tek. Don't risk it, if you want a second hand laptop that will actually work go to CEX.
